Great location for us heading to the airport the next day.
Pros:

All was fine. Our check-in person was a delight. He showed us around and was over all very charming.

Nothing to speak of.

Pros:

Lo mejor de este hotel es probablemente la posibilidad de retroceder en el tiempo, su arquitectura y ambiente colonial.
El personal es muy amable y el desayuno es suficiente.

Cons:

Sólo tuvimos un percance con el calefont, partir la mañana con una ducha helada en invierno no es tan agradable, pero tuvo solución.
Falta limpieza en la habitación. Debajo de la cama hay un submundo

Excelente estadía, todo cerca
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la calidez del personal, muy preocupados de nosotros y tratando de que tuviéramos una buena estadía en el hotel y en la ciudad, considerando que alejamos después del temporal y habian varias atractivos cerrados.
La limpieza excelente y un rico desayuno todos los dias.

Cons:

Cuando íbamos a desayunar no habia mucho café y no estaba caliente( siempre tibio a caliente), una de las razones de elegir el hotel fue su café de grano en la mañana y esto fue un poco decepcionante.

Una estadía cómoda y agradable
Pros:

La ubicación fue muy conveniente y de fácil acceso. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y permitía un buen descanso. Además, el desayuno fue variado y de buena calidad.

Cons:

No hubo inconvenientes importantes. Solo mejoraría la variedad del desayuno en horarios de mayor demanda.

Breve y agradable descanso de una noche, previo a subir al Valle del Elqui
Pros:

Desde la recepción nos sentimos a gusto, todos muy amables. La cama muy cómoda, el baño amplio e impecable.
Los espacios comunes y el entorno es hermoso, muy colonial

Cons:

Tal vez se podría aumentar la potencia de la calefacción, considerando el tamaño de la habitación.

Descanso seguro.
Pros:

Alojamiento con personal muy agradable. Camas muy blandas y cómodas. La higiene del lugar es excelente. Y por último los ricos y abundantes desayunos (solo podrían considerar otro tipo de pan, o variarlo según día)
