Great facilities, some staff need training.
Pros:

Great property and we are regular visitors. Good food and most of the staff are warm and welcoming.

Cons:

The service at breakfast was the one disappointing part of our stay and could definitely benefit from some additional hospitality training.

The gentleman who served us on our final morning was excellent: attentive, polite and genuinely welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience with the woman who served us for the previous three days and also checked us out was very different. She was dismissive and inattentive, and we were left feeling as though we were an inconvenience rather than guests.

On our final day with her, we chose the continental breakfast, but she neglected to mention that all the croissants had already gone. No alternative was offered and there was no apology, which was disappointing.

It’s a shame because the difference in service between the two members of staff was striking. If we knew we were likely to receive the same level of service from her on a future visit, we would probably choose to stay elsewhere.

A perfect based just a short walk out of Warwick centre, with great rooms & friendly staff.
Pros:

Lovely rooms, very clean, great pub and garden, friendly staff and a good breakfast. Loved that there is a little table outside the room in the courtyards reserved just for you!

A great weekend away
Pros:

Very clean hotel, the staff very good room was lovely too food and beer great a lovely weekend the garden outside beautiful,,hotel set a good location near town centre and the racecourse, good for the castle had a great day,this is a 5 star too you-all that work there.

If you want to stay somewhere different to the usual hotel chains, The Old Fourpenny is a must!
Pros:

The Old Fourpenny is in a great location and has a great atmosphere. The garden room with en-suite was lovely with good facilities and a super breakfast. The staff were really helpful and friendly throughout.

Pros:

Very clean, quiet, staff were polite and helpful. Food in the pub was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Probably 5-10 min walk into town and about the same to the castle.
