Cute building but in ordinary area made up for by helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Breakfast. Helpful staff particularly taking heavy luggage to room.

Cons:

Parking long way away. Room needed aircon. Stairs difficult for older people

Very Good clean hotel with nice atmosphere
Pros:

Staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
Location very good for Warwick town centre

Cons:

Parking the car is a small issue as space near the hotel is limited however arrangements have been made to enable parking t the very local racecourse. This involves a 5-10 minute walk.

Great value for money and would definitely come back to stay again if stopping in the area.
Pros:

Lovely room, well sized and bathroom amenities excellent. It was a bit warm in the room but an opening window and a tall fan allowed me to keep cool enough. Breakfast was superb and we even had a lovely dinner on the evening.

Pros:

we have stayed here before and we were very pleased with the hotel and we now use this as a base for our sightseeing trips this time we went to stratford and kenilworth castle which we enjoyed very much we look forward to our next trip when ever that will be thanks sheila gowland

A comfortable stay, with rooms situated around the pub garden.
Pros:

The rooms were very comfortable and spotless. Enjoyed dinner in the garden.

Cons:

We were expecting the food to be a bit more Gastro. Breakfast was more interesting but dinner was essentially good pub food.

Pros:

Beautifuly arranged rooms
