Pros:

Idyllisch im Wald gelegen, ausreichend Parkplätze (gegen Gebühr). Großzügiges Frühstücksbuffet mit sehr aufmerksamen u zuvorkommenden Personal.

Leider Abstriche wegen Geräuschbelästigung
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Pool, die Sauna und der Ruhebereich waren sehr schön, wir hatten auch genug Platz.

Cons:

Wir wollten ein Wellness-Wochenende genießen. Es war auch alles gut, bis zu unserem zweiten und letzten Abend. Eine Gruppe von Gästen hat bis spät in die Nacht bei sehr lauter Musik gefeiert. Bis die letzten Gäste lautstark in ihren Zimmern angekommen waren, kamen wir erst 1:30 zur Ruhe. Das hat leider unsere Erholung wieder zunichte gemacht.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
Pros:

An der Unterkunft hat uns die Lage gut gefallen.

Cons:

- Personal war nicht immer freundlich
- Personal am Abend überfordert, da mehrere
Veranstaltungen in dem Hotel waren
- es wurde leider nichts weiter zum Hotel erklärt
- Schimmel im Badezimmer
- nur eine Sauna für sehr viele Hotelgäste
- allgemein nicht sauber

Für ein Zwischenstopp würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage. Der Empfang bei der Ankunft war außerordentlich freundlich. Die Begrüßung mit einem Glas Sekt war überraschend und hat ein positives Gefühl hinterlassen. Der Junge Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Das Essen zum Mittag, a la carte, war ansprechend und lecker. Das gesamte Personal und Hotel sehr Tierfreundlich. Dafür viele plus Punkte.

Cons:

Grobe Defizite bei der Sauberkeit im Zimmer, zusätzlich offensichtliche fremde Haare im Bett gefunden. Sauberkeit der Spiegel mangelhaft. Die Qualität des abendlichen buffets war im Gegensatz zum Eindruck vom Mittag, sehr mangelhaft. Auswahl war zwar super aber geschmackslos. Es wurde leider zu wenig nachgefüllt. Das Dessert war sehr convenience lastig. Die Frühstücksauswahl war dem Hotel angemessen, nur der Kaffee war extrem bitter.

Top zufrieden, kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren über Silvester im Waldhotel Berghof, es war ein unvergesslich schöner Abend mit einem hervorragenden Silvesterprogramm und Feuerwerk vom Hotel. Das Personal super nett und aufmerksam, der Koch war Spitze, das Essen schmeckte super lecker, wir kommen auf jedem Fall wieder.
Fazit: das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen, mitten im Wald ganz ruhig und idyllisch gelegen.
Oberhof ca. 10 km entfernt, immer ein Ausflug wert.

Cons:

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

Schöne entspannte Tage, leider war das Wetter jahreszeitlich nicht so angenehm.
Pros:

Das Frühstück fanden meine Frau und ich gut bis sehr gut und das Personal war auch sehr aufmerksam und nicht aufdringlich, somit herrschte eine angenehme Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Bei der Abrechnung und dem bezahl Vorgang mit Karte vermisste ich die Trinkgeld Taste
