Booking sollte mal die Zimmer kontrollieren, ich vertraue booking bei Reservierungen nicht mehr

Cons:

Zimmer mit einer sehr alten Innenausstattung, geschätzt 30 Jahre alt mit dreckigem alten Teppichboden. Badezimmer ca 2,3 m2 mit alter verdreckter Dusche und Waschbecken, Toilette im Badezimmer. Viel zu teuer insgesamt. Halbpension mit Buffet, das Essen in Behältern, die Nudeln kalt, Essen mangelhaft, junge Kellnerinnen, die kein deutsch oder englisch sprachen nicht eingearbeitet wurden, das Geschirr wurde abgeräumt allerdings wie kann ich gar nicht beschreiben
Der Verantwortliche im Frühstücks Raum sehr freundlich

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt mal eine Überholung . Besonders die Zimmer und das Bad erfüllen nicht mehr den Standart eines 4 Sterne Hotel.

Der Wellnessbereich war ausreichend groß.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen, altbacken und zudem hing noch der Rauch von Generationen als Raucherzimmer in den Wänden.

Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Zimmer 106 und dort im Besonderen Das Bad sollte einer Generalrevision unterzogen werden. Lockerer Toilettensitz, loser Handtuchhalter, lose Ablage unter dem Spiegel, Waschbecken mehrfach gerissen, Duschtüren nur mit viel Geduld zu schließen, Lüfter sehr laut. Ja und das war nur das Bad !! Der Wohn und Schlafbereich sollte grundgereinigt werden besonders unter dem Bett.

Pros:

Die Teilweise gut und modernisierten Zimmer, jedoch sind die Badezimmer zu klein geraten.

Ansonsten ist es für ein bis zwei Nächte ok.

Cons:

Die extra Buchung der Halbpension (Abendessen) 39€
Finde ich extrem teuer! Für eine Auswahl die nicht für jedermann ist.

Dieses ist leider bei Buchung, nicht ersichtlich!

Es passste bis auf das Waschbecken im Zimmer alles.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, im Hallenbad waren wir jeden Tag

Cons:

Im 4 Sterne Hotel müsste das Waschbecken in der Nasszelle sein und nicht im Zimmer

Dusche Schiebetüren sollten die Führungen keinen Schimmel haben, und einige Spuren vorheriger Gäste an den Wänden unterer Bereich sollte man entfernen
