Very convenient to get to staff was friendly and cleanliness
Every thing was great here
The staff were very nice and clearly not the issue.
The deliberate and intentional false advertising by corporate in regards to breakfast on the premises. The hotel clearly states in all its listings with Bookings and Expedia that free breakfast is offered to only state at check in, none is offered. Hotel guests are left in a lurch knowing full well they cannot cancel at the last minute. This is fraud pure and simple.
Very convenient and easy to get in and out of from highway 17. Quiet and clean
There was no breakfast.
The room had a full tree coving a window. When asked. The worker said all windows were covered with trees…which I knew was a lie. So I left and will never return.

The girl at the front desk was aggressive and completely rude. She definitely did not want to be there. Her customer service skills were lacking. Definitely would never stay at this location again.

Clean, quiet, affordable.
I truly wonder how the girl that checked me even got hired. She did not greet or even acknowledged me when I walked up…no “hello”, “welcome” or even a “hi”. After standing there feeling awkward, she finally asked me, “ what’s your last name?” Then proceeded to give me a run down about the hotel as if it was a bother to her. Not the greatest impression to give for the hotel. She obviously hates her job, yet should feel lucky she even has one.
The Cambria staff were very friendly and the hotel was located near the attractions we wanted to see and visit. Our room was spacious and the bed was just the right firmness.
The location, ALL Staff including the Travel bartender were honestly so overwhelmingly customer service oriented. Our check-check in process was seamless, our room was spotless. One evening we enjoyed a cocktail at the bar and met the bartender. He explained he was a ‘travel’ bartender, not a full time bartender at the hotel. I would strongly suggest hiring him. An ultimate professional-Saturday evening. We will definitely return to the hotel without hesitation.
