Bitter sweet stay in Mozambique
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and restaurant staff very friendly although there was a language barrier

Cons:

Reception staff was bad in addressing my payment that was paid via my company credit card. they didn't give me an accurate response and ended up double paying for the rooms and leaving 4 hours later than scheduled

I requested an airport transfer and my mail was ignored, the service at breakfast was poor

Nice place within a wonderful location
Pros:

The property was located in a wonderful spot, very safe area and the installations are mostly well maintained.
The staff was very helpful, they assist you with anything if needed.

Cons:

There was a little fungus problem between the glass of the bathroom and the wood panel.
A little bit on the pricey side.

La posizione dell’albergo

Cons:

Lo staf anche se gentile non era efficiente.
Ho per più giorni spiegato che dovendo imbarcare all’aeroporto di Maputo al mattino presto del giorno 03/01/2026.
Ho chiesto quindi la prenotazione di un taxi e che la colazione fosse servita nelle camere 12006 e 12012 alle ore 6:30.
Mi è stato garantito e per maggior sicurezza o fatto il check out pagando anche il servizio per la colazione.
Il mattino del 3/01 nonostante innumerevoli richieste la colazione con servizio pagato è arrivato alle 6:50!!!! Non potendo accettare poiché avevo già il taxi per l’aeroporto in attesa ho chiesto del gerente CHE NON SI È FATTO TROVARE neppure telefonicamente! Chiedevo che venisse restituito il valore del servizio non avvenuto in contanti così come era stato pagato la sera prima. Nessuno era autorizzato!!!!! Risposta inaccettabile, per principio, non per il valore da un Hotel come il Meliá.
