Bonjour,
Je souhaite déposer une réclamation officielle concernant mon séjour de quatre nuits dans cet établissement à Pattaya, réservé via Booking.
Je considère que les conditions rencontrées pendant notre séjour étaient largement en dessous du niveau de qualité et de confort attendu lors d’une réservation effectuée sur votre plateforme.
Plusieurs problèmes importants ont été constatés :
L’hôtel était en plein travaux pendant notre séjour. Des travaux étaient réalisés en journée, alors que nous étions présents, notamment dans les zones de passage de l’établissement. Le bruit, les déplacements liés aux travaux et les conditions générales rendaient le séjour particulièrement désagréable.
De fortes odeurs nauséabondes étaient présentes dans l’hôtel et dans notre chambre. Des odeurs remontaient notamment par les toilettes ainsi que par les caniveaux, ce qui rendait la chambre difficilement supportable.
Le ménage des chambres n’était pas correctement effectué au quotidien.
Les serviettes usagées n’étaient pas systématiquement récupérées. Il fallait notamment les déposer au sol devant la porte pour qu’elles soient prises par le personnel de ménage.
Plusieurs autres problèmes d’entretien et de propreté ont été constatés durant les quatre nuits.
Ces problèmes ne concernent donc pas un simple désagrément ponctuel, mais plusieurs manquements qui se sont répétés pendant l’ensemble du séjour et qui ont fortement affecté notre confort.
Nous avons payé pour un séjour de quatre nuits dans un établissement censé offrir des conditions normales d’hébergement. Or, la présence de travaux, les mauvaises odeurs provenant des installations sanitaires, ainsi que les problèmes de nettoyage et d’entretien ont considérablement dégradé notre expérience.
Je demande donc à Booking.com d’intervenir auprès de l’établissement et de procéder à un remboursement significatif du montant payé pour ce séjour, compte tenu de l’ensemble des problèmes rencontrés.

فندق جميل جدًا وتعامل لطيف ومَرن من موظفي الفندق
Pros:

موقع الفندق من ناحية قربه من الشاطئ ووجود سوق صغير للفواكه وبعض محلات التوبس والسفن ايليفن، وبالنسبة للفندق بشكل عام فهو نظيف ومريح ومناسب للعوائل وتعامل راقي جدا من قبل موظفي الاستقبال.

Cons:

يحتاج إلى تجديد وتحديث في بعض مرافق الغرفة (الأثاث والأدوات الصحية بدورة المياه).

وكذلك عدم التأخير في وقت تنظيف الغرف.

Rigtig sødt personale i Lobbyen. Vi fik ved ankomst lov til at skifte hotel uden afbestillingsgebyr, da hotellet ikke levede op til vores forventninger af et 5-stjernet hotel. Vi var meget taknemmelige for den søde maneger.

Maling slidt af trappe/bund i poolen, huller i solvogne, visne blomster, kakerlakker på toilettet. Elendig morgenmad.
