While the hotel was very clean we won't be staying there again.
Pros:

Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Room was quite small and noisy. Sounded like occupants in room above were jumping around. Very noisy while trying to get to sleep and noise started again very early in a.m.

Wonderful Stay But Restrooms and Noise Control Could Be Better!
Pros:

When I arrived, the outside property was VERY clean and inviting. When I walked in the lobby, it was clean and very inviting. The front desk staff were friendly yet appropriately cautious, which I completely understand given they don’t know who is coming in. They did an outstanding job, and I only wish I had gotten their names.

Each time I returned to the hotel, they greeted me with a wave or a kind word—even when they were busy checking in other guests. That level of attentiveness really stood out.

The breakfast was also very good. The attendant was incredibly kind and, most importantly, CLEAN. She kept everything well-stocked and fresh, and consistently wiped down tables after guests finished so others could sit comfortably.

Another detail I appreciated was that all pets were kept on the first floor, which was a great touch.

Overall, a very pleasant and well-managed stay. I would definitely return.

Cons:

What I did not like was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was not cleaned thoroughly—especially around the toilet. There was still urine on the floor and a small amount of residue that appeared to be human waste, which was very concerning.

The air conditioner was also quite loud, making it difficult to rest comfortably. The lampshades appeared worn and in need of replacement, and one of the desk lamps did not have a working light bulb. The closet floor also needed attention, as it looked like something had been spilled and never properly cleaned.

Additionally, I chose not to sit in the red chair because it appeared to have some sex stains and gave the impression that it had not been properly maintained.

Noise was another issue during my stay. I understand that the hotel cannot fully control guest behavior, but better soundproofing would help. On one occasion, neighboring guests (2 women) were having sex late at night, and I had to knock on the wall to get them to quiet down. On my final night, there was a group of young people having what seemed like a party—running through the halls, being loud, smoking e-cigarettes, and talking on their cell phones with the speaker on. And I believe one of the employees was back and forth to their room, but I don't believe he was controlling the situation; it seemed like he was enjoying it, especially with the girls.

Overall, the experience was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement, particularly in room cleanliness and noise control.

Pros:

I drove in very sick and the front desk staff was awesome, she even got me some ginger ale and my room was close to the front doors. Everybody was extremely friendly, the place was upper scale. Quiet and they even had soft music playing when you stepped out of your room.

Loved everything
