Convenient affordable location with a nice view and close to everything.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and fresh, a few options available. Staff was also friendly and accommodating. Nice view and location. Ac was cold.

Cons:

Bedsheets were old and pillows were flat. Bed was a little hard but manageable.

La ubicación y la cercanía a la playa El Cocal. Además la buena atención de todo el personal.

Cons:

El agua de los grifos es salada por lo cual no es agradable. Además las instalaciones requieren mantenimiento urgente. La puerta del baño no cerraba y se veían manchas de humedad en las paredes, así como agrietamiento en muchas de sus columnas.

Great host. great Location and breakfast was OK.

Cons:

Beautiful resort, but it needs renovations to reach its potential. We weren't able to have dinner at the resort, so we had to find another place to eat.

Bob and his family and staff are all wonderful! The food is great, perfect location between punta roca and el tunco! Fun surf right out front as well! Cold a/c in my room! Uh! I hope to come back soon and I highly reccommend!!

Avoid this place like no other. Stay away trust me.
Pros:

The property was nasty and ugly. Pools were closed and access to the beach was blocked. Toilet didn’t have a toilet seat and drainage to the shower was bad. The shower sprayer didn’t spray water properly. The staff were rude and nasty. Breakfast was nasty. Don’t ever go there or you will regret it.
