Wave pool never run due to expensive electric bills.
Staff are more busy in counting guest for more revenue.
Towels are being hang on a cord to air dry being visible on the top floor window which doesn't kill germs.
Wave pool is the main attraction but would have to wait 50 people on the pool to run for for 15 minutes and would have to wait 100 plus people to run for 15 minutes only. They invested millions of pesos but cannot invest in a 5 million pesos for a 50,000 watts solar system to operate the pool.
The place is dated and some areas like steps are in dire need of repair, however, what impressed us were the staff as they would go out of their way to really accommodate our needs. Service is top notch. Our families enjoyed swimming in the pools while my besties and I get to have our quality time catching up to news.
Short stayed and overall is average. Time for renovation if the demand / business is permitted.

there are areas in the room that needs fixing particularly the CR. it was also advertised that there is wifi access however its only available in the lobby.
The staff were very accommodating, friendly and courteous. The kids really enoyed the wave pool and bubble bath. Rooms are adequately sized and comfortable. We ordered food af the restaurant for dinner, most were all delicious and in big servings.
Breakfast included in the booking is bland and not sumptuous (if you are used to hotel breakfast, need to lower your expectations). Not buffet, single serving only.

POOR COMMUNICATION.. NOT FRIENDLY STAFF
We stayed overnight due to the concert In Araneta Coliseum.
The STAFF coordination its NOT good . POOR communication.
We check in 12:30 pm
They promised us a free shuttle to take my children to the concert. Between 12-4 pm. Per conversation through email..
But when we arrived the receptionist said the shuttle left at 10am. The receptionist stated “ it’s FREE we supposed to be there at 10am” we’re the one we supposed to be flexible “.
How in the world were going to be there at 10am if the check in time-in the resort is between 12-2 pm ?..
it was Sunday when we checked out. The y closed at 4pm.
We asked a favor if we can stay til 2-3 pm without paying. But they said NO you have to pay 600 pesos per hour after 12 noon.. No consideration. No free. No favor. No free shuttle. THEY JUST ALL ABOUT BUSINESS..
The resort location, cleanliness of the room. comfortable bed, approachable staff, the free breakfast, unwinding surrounding, and the free safe parking. Nice for family gathering and barkada outing also.
It much be better if the free wifi connection reach even inside the room.

This is great for family outings but not for guests who like to drink alcohol. I wish we read the hotel policy about no alcohol allowed in the property. We had to check out the next day & just forfeited our 2nd night reservation. Staff is wonderful!
Beddings are almost worn out and the pillows are over used even the towels, shower curtain is dirty , wave pools have a lot of moss, but they have a lot of nice staff
