Toilet was not clean. Bedsheets torned. Not changed everyday. Despite of multiple reminder lamp lights not changed. No chairs in room.

The cleaning of the hotel is very good, the hotel staff is very friendly and the cleaning is also very good. However, when the hotel is located in Mahabaleshwar, there should be a heater in the hotel room for those guests because it is very cold in Mahabaleshwar.
