BTSやMRTをメインで使う人には不便な場所にあります。その分ドミトリー並に安いです。
エレベーターがないことは最初から分かっており6階にある部屋を予約したつもりでしたが4階に変更してくれました。ありがとう。
部屋は6畳程、トイレ、シャワーあり。シャンプー、ソープ、ティッシュペーパーもありドライヤーもありました。トイレットペーパーは無し
口コミでマットレスが硬いとありましたが本当に硬いです。でも広めでゆったり清潔感もあり熟睡出来ました。
壁は薄めで隣の水周りの音は結構聞こえます。いつもドミトリーの私はさほど気にならない。
1週間滞在しましたが格安ホテルあるあるで、ルームクリーンはありませんでした。週1で入ってくれるのかな。中に入られるの嫌なので私には助かる。
旅慣れした人にオススメできる格安ホテルでした。
近隣に食べる所少ないけど、近くにLUKKY SUKIという激安食べ放題の店があります。深夜二時まで空いてるのでオススメ

Exceptionally friendly staff but their English is not good. Better if you know some Thai to communicate. Incredibly good deal for how clean and tidy the rooms are.

Ok, I only stayed one night here , let me list the positives;
Very clean room, the linens are amazing quality on the bed, very comfy pillows; nice little kitchen on the ground floor, staff is very friendly

The not so good parts, to explain, I spend a lot of time in BkK and this was a last minute day trip, my usual places were full, so I chose Red Pin. The room cost $45 which by BkK standards should be in the $25 range, if not lower
Reasons, it is a not easy 22 walk to the nearest BTS station, including 2 overhead pedestrian crossing, think lots of steps, hard with luggage, ( I had none ); taxis from BTS? This area is notoriously traffic gridlocked
There is nothing close by to appeal to visitors, the malls are about 20 minute walk, no restaurants, bars etc close by under 20 minutes
Room: very small, no window, no safe box, no hangers, just some hooks, thin walls, nearby construction rules out any naps
With a little pre planning a room for $45 can get you center downtown, minimum minute walk to BTS, restaurants and bars, also the rooms are usually twice the size of Red Pin, and have safety box, closets, hangers, ironing board etc, kettle in room and a complete shower
Conclusion, if despairing you can stay here, but I feel given the location, difficult access, lack of anything close by makes the $45 charge for this place an example of complete overcharge

If you are ok with a hotel not having an elevator or a tv in the room this place is a great value. Wifi speeds were good, room was clean and bed was comfortable, property was well kept, air conditioner worked great and lots of great places in walking distance. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

First of all reception service is very poor.Afer arrival some man was occupying seating area by packing up flipflops.Reception with its shelves at the back looked like storage room.
Bathroom had no shower curtain ,water was sprayed everywhere.Poor ventilation.Water remained on the floor hours after use and was dangerously slippery.
There were some canvas frames on the wall but no thing inside.Also one canvas was fitted upside down.
Mirror was next to the bed so to look at yourself you'd need to stand on the bed???

タオル交換、掃除、水足してとか、こちらの言う要求を、きちんとしてくれた．また、Wi-Fiもあり、快適に過ごせた．近くに３３cafeのレストランあり、毎朝食べに行った。アメリカンブラックファーストは、美味しいし、ボリュームあり、値段も１２０バーツです。

部屋が少ないので静かにすごせる。安い。ワールドセンター、ショッピングセンター近い、コンビニ近いので便利。WI-FIあります。

エレベーターない。６階はきついです。部屋にテレビない。

手続き簡単で、部屋も少ないので、うるさく無く快適です。今回は、2階でしたのでよかったです。６階までありますが、エレベーターないので、注意してください。

샤워기 온수가 잘 나와서 좋아요. 창문 없는 방은 고시원 같아요. 아래 1층에서 조리도구 사용하는게 좋았어요.

1フロア3部屋のみで小さいホテルですが、そのおかげで静かです。エアコンも、水道温水もよく出て快適です。
ただ、6Fですが、エレベーターがありませんので、年配の方は6Fならきついです。大きな荷物、重い荷物あるなら、おススメできません。

The hotel has many small rooms without windows, this is not mentioned on the booking sites so please realise you pretty much book a walk in closet rather than a hotel room. Also, the top floor is on the fifth and no elevator available. Staff was quite nice until I complained about not having a window in the room, they turned very rude and the manager or owner (not sure) became borderline aggressive.

We came to Bangkok for one week and we spent the whole journey in this place ran by a very nice manager : SASA.

The place is close from Chitlom Pier and Pratunam Pier (shuttle boats) and Ratchaprarop (SkyTrain).

The district is cool, a small market is just around the corner (Pratunam market). By walk, you're not that far from Erawan shrine.

Everywhere you'll find small street cookers who provide excellent food. You are 30 minutes from airport, by SkyTrain (40 bhats/pax).

We chose to book a room with a window and the place was quiet. There is no lift.

The hotel provides free coffee or tea with cookies for its guests.

We ended our world trip in this place and we really enjoyed it ! Smiling and English speaking Sasa, hot shower, air conditioning and very confortable beds.

Since Thai people are awesome people, we fell in love with Bangkok.

Highly recommended

Only stayed for one night but the staff were very friendly and helpful bathroom was well equipped as was the mini bar, comfortable bed. the room was quite small and didn’t have window, so that if you have children it’s not a good choice . Choice of TV programs was not great, room lighting was subdued.
The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to Siam Paragon Mall.

Nice hotel, very clean & comfort and friendly boss & staff.

PROS:
Small, clean, budget friendly and "newly renovated hotel." Great stay for people on a tight budget and for people that need to be close to the city center. Close to shopping centers.

CONS:
Please be preparer for no elevator/lift, no private kitchen (public kitchen next to the front desk), no dependable WiFi and plenty of generic responses (excuses) from the owner.

If your old, handicapped or a person with disabilities, not having a lift and having to clean and maintain your own room can make your stay less than an enjoyable one. The non-refundable THB 300 cleaning fee is for them to clean and service the room when you depart.

Nice staff :) Have a great experience here, but better not to walk six flights of stairs next time, haha :P

1.因間旅館係舊樓翻新，所以都好新淨！
2.有限度時間櫃檯服務對我或一般旅行者理應冇乜影響，因為佢最遲服務時間到晚上11時。
3.價錢合理！
4.地理適中，夜晚附近有夜市又靠近水門。
5.交通算方便，係舊機場落機可以搭A3機場巴士直到水門。如係新機場落機場有機場快線到，但近水門地鐵站或輕軌站都有點距離。
除咗隔音差之外已無麼缺點！
