The location was excellent. We walked everywhere
The stairs. But my elderly parents managed. The staff was very helpful to carry our luggages to our room and came to take our luggage when we checked out
The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The room was large and quiet.
I typically don’t mind stairs, but the stairwell was a little tight and beige, which I found a bit uncomfortable to go down from a depth perception standpoint. Maybe add a black strip to breakup the beige? Just a consideration but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.
Petit hôtel très sympa et accueillant en plein centre ville pour faciliter la visite des sites touristiques et culturels. Très calme la nuit grâce à un double vitrage efficace. Petit déjeuner bon et frais.
Le petit banc et la chaise dans la chambre ne sont pas solide. Il faut les remplacer avec un seul meuble plus utile.

Great location, right in the center of the old part of Arles. I had a really nice lunch at their outside seating area. My room was on the third floor with no elevator which was fine for me me but perhaps not for those who find a lot of stairs difficult. The desk clerk helped my carry my bags upstairs when I arrived. I had just finished a three-week bike trip and I stored my my bike in a hallway at the side of the restaurant - there was no dedicated bike storage area. The hotel is quaint with lots of charm and personality.
The charm of the hotel outweighed any downsides.

Hotel in posizione ottimale per visitare il centro della città e per parcheggiare l'auto nel park pubblico vicino. Possibilità di pagare il parcheggio in hotel ad un prezzo agevolato per l'intera giornata. Camera ampia e ben organizzata (scrivania, frigo, macchina caffè, ...). Personale molto cordiale e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni per un piacevole soggiorno. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di rivivere l'atmosfera e la storia lasciata dai famosi artisti che hanno animato questa città.

The room was a bit too small. It was ok for 2 days but we would have needed more space for a longer stay.

Légèrement bruyant en effet, le balcon attenant à notre chambre possédait des blocs de Climatisation parfois bruyant en pleine nuit. De plus, la rue peut être vivant donc légèrement bruyante.
