Séjour très confortable dans un hôtel charmant
Pros:

Excellent emplacement pour visiter, personnel accueillant, très beau bâtiment et lit très confortable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner très riche par sa variété mais rien de vraiment bon dans la proposition

We loved our relaxing stay at Hotel La Relais de Poste and would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Lovely small boutique hotel with amazing staff. The bed was super comfortable, the A/c worked very well (which was helpful as it was very hot during our stay in May). We really enjoy the breakfast and the outdoor seating in front of the hotel. The location was great, walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!!!

If there’s no football drunkards the stay would hv been voted great.
Pros:

Location is great… Arles is very hot and humid in summer and room a/c works well. In general staff are nice with an exception.

Cons:

We decided to take a night cap at the hotel and return after dinner. It was the night of football semifinals. We took a table for 2 at the edge and there were 2 big groups (each with big dogs) seated nearer to the screen. Of course their dogs wandered off and as our table is at the edge, the dogs were bumping the table and I had to hold on to the 2 glasses. Staff didn’t do anything until the guy in front got nasty and very vocal. Management needs to decide then as it spoils the whole atmosphere to be a hotel guests and be treated worst than a guest for evening beer…..

Pros:

J’ai aimé la situation de l’hotel en plein coeur de la ville. Les attentions du personnel avec la lettre de bienvenue, la carte postale et l’éventail en cadeau.
La chambre calme.
La propreté de l’hôtel et de la chambre.
La literie est incroyable.
L’accueil du personnel, très agréable.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre, un peu petit pour 2 je trouve.
Je ne savais pas qu’il n’y avait pas d ascenseur. J’aurais aimé le savoir lors de la réservation.

Posizione ottima, struttura in centro. Parcheggio convenzionato vicino a € 12 al giorno. Staff gentilissimo, un grazie a Sabine per la sua cordialità e disponibilità.

Can’t recommend it enough !
Pros:

Beautiful traditional hotel in the centre of Arles, Sabine was a great host and gave us a very interesting history of the area .
Room was very good with lovely traditional long windows looking out onto the square.
Great day restaurant and bar , with super outdoor seating.

Cons:

Pillows a bit large and stiff, that’s all .

Une bonne adresse à conserver pour une venue sur Arles!!!
Pros:

Idéalement situé dans Arles, le personnel est très accueillant et agréable! La dame présente à l’accueil lors de notre arrivée nous a très chaleureusement accueillis et indiqué les choses à faire dans Arles.
La chambre était superbe, le lit très confortable et le tout climatisé.
