Great stay and excellent service
Cons:

The parking process is cumbersome and the instruction could be simplified. No map but simply say:
1. From blvd des lisses turn on rue jean Jaurès
2. Call number to lower the bollard
3. Enter and immediately turn on Rue de la rotonde
4. Drive 200 meter to hotel

No need for map or point rouge or great line. Nobody watches a phone while driving

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé a proximité des endroits a visiter et des restos et bars.
Petit déjeuner complet et copieux très bon!
Personnel disponible 24/24 et très sympathique

Cons:

Seul bémol, escalier raide nous étions au dernier étage...c est un vieux bâtiment donc pas d ascenseur

Easter festive weekend.
Pros:

Staff/location/town all great. The Easter festivals were great as we are travelling around, so some festival fun was welcome.

Très bon séjour, hôtel plein de charme, très confort et plein centre !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel restauré et meublé avec beaucoup de charme et de goût. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et accueillant. Une vraie attention est portée aux clients. À RECOMMANDER.

Cons:

La salle de bain est légèrement petite et une baignoire aurait été la bienvenue.

Pros:

Es un edificio precioso muy bien ubicado en una calle céntrica de Arles. Tuvieron la cortesía se darnos una habitación superior a la contratada y estuvimos súper cómodos. La cama muy confortable, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta, el baño y productos de higiene geniales. Cogimos desayuno y también estuvo muy correcto, vale la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado más noches de haber podido!! Y el personal súper amable y agradable.

Loistava tukikohta seikkailuille
Pros:

Sijainti oli erittäin keskeinen, mutta silti rauhallisella alueella. Kaikki aivan kävelymatkan päässä ja respasta ohjeistivat parhaansa mukaan löytämään tekemistä. Huone oli aivan ihana! Siisti, hiljainen ja oma espressokone.
