Pros:

Es un edificio precioso muy bien ubicado en una calle céntrica de Arles. Tuvieron la cortesía se darnos una habitación superior a la contratada y estuvimos súper cómodos. La cama muy confortable, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta, el baño y productos de higiene geniales. Cogimos desayuno y también estuvo muy correcto, vale la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado más noches de haber podido!! Y el personal súper amable y agradable.

Loistava tukikohta seikkailuille

Sijainti oli erittäin keskeinen, mutta silti rauhallisella alueella. Kaikki aivan kävelymatkan päässä ja respasta ohjeistivat parhaansa mukaan löytämään tekemistä. Huone oli aivan ihana! Siisti, hiljainen ja oma espressokone.

Hotel con encanto en el centro de Arlés
Pros:

La estancia en el hotel nos ha encantado. Todo el personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y atentos en todo momento. La habitación está recién reformada y la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente para moverse por el centro histórico. Tienen un parking a 5 min y el hotel te facilita un descuento que está muy bien. El desayuno es muy completo. Cuando volvamos a Arlès que nos gustó mucho no dudaremos en repetir este Hotel.

Great location, great staff.

The location was excellent. We walked everywhere

Cons:

The stairs. But my elderly parents managed. The staff was very helpful to carry our luggages to our room and came to take our luggage when we checked out

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. The room was large and quiet.

Cons:

I typically don’t mind stairs, but the stairwell was a little tight and beige, which I found a bit uncomfortable to go down from a depth perception standpoint. Maybe add a black strip to breakup the beige? Just a consideration but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.

Hôtel agréable
Pros:

Petit hôtel très sympa et accueillant en plein centre ville pour faciliter la visite des sites touristiques et culturels. Très calme la nuit grâce à un double vitrage efficace. Petit déjeuner bon et frais.

Cons:

Le petit banc et la chaise dans la chambre ne sont pas solide. Il faut les remplacer avec un seul meuble plus utile.

Charming and quaint hotel with lots of atmosphere, I loved it.
Pros:

Great location, right in the center of the old part of Arles. I had a really nice lunch at their outside seating area. My room was on the third floor with no elevator which was fine for me me but perhaps not for those who find a lot of stairs difficult. The desk clerk helped my carry my bags upstairs when I arrived. I had just finished a three-week bike trip and I stored my my bike in a hallway at the side of the restaurant - there was no dedicated bike storage area. The hotel is quaint with lots of charm and personality.

Cons:

The charm of the hotel outweighed any downsides.
