Pros:

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location was good, easy to access and in the town.

Cons:

The rooms had a very bad odour, the bedsheets and blankets were dirty, which had stains and looked like they were reused and with lots of hair, the bathrooms were not clean, the amenities promised weren't available in rooms.

Stayed here for one day, and overall the room was comfortable with very good beds and everything else in order.

Cons:

However, the washroom had a malfunctioning commode that wasn't working properly, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the main entrance door wouldn't open or lock correctly, posing a security issue. Would recommend fixing these maintenance problems for better guest experience. The shower was very dirty and required maintenance as it was not working properly.

I booked through Booking.com and when I reached there, the staff told me that my booking was not confirmed—even though everything was clearly shown as confirmed on my side. After waiting for a long time, they said that if I paid more than the original payment amount, only then I would get the room. Since it was already very late at night, I had no choice and had to pay an extra ₹414 to get the room. I felt very bad about this. Because it was late at night, what they did felt very unfair.
