Un endroit parfait !
Pros:

Tout est parfait ! La petite attention avec le coin thé-café gratuit qui est très appréciable tout au long du séjour. La décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, le petit déjeuner copieux, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, le confort du lieux.
C'est sans doute un des meilleurs hôtels de Lugano. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois, et j'y retourne à chacune de mes visites dans la région.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, in direkter Lage zum See. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bike-Friendly :)). Zimmer praktisch, quadratisch, gut :)). Frühstücks Buffet top. Ich komme def. wieder! Danke für alles!

Soggiorno eccezionale
Pros:

Tutto. La struttura è magnifica, molto pulita e con un arredamento di ottimo gusto, staff veramente gentile e disponibile, la colazione è super, incontra tutti i gusti e la posizione è vicina al lungolago, supermercati, padiglione Conza per gli eventi e alla fermata del bus per muoversi comodamente a Lugano. Pernottando in struttura inoltre si riceve il Ticino Ticket che permette di viaggiare in bus gratis e uno sconto su varie attrazioni.

Einfaches Hotel für ruhigen Schlaf
Pros:

Einfache, aber zweckmässig eingerichtete Zimmer mit (Gemeinschafts)Balkon. Bequeme Betten. Ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur ca. 100 Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück. Gratis-Kaffee und -Tee im Entrée.

Cons:

Relativ kleine Zimmer (zum Schlafen ok), welche nicht unbedingt zum Verweilen einladen.

Very comfortable, clean rooms. Walking distance to the lakeshore and old town, as well as restaurants and grocery store. Spacious balcony ! Parking available on request but also on the street for 10 CHF a day through a parking app the staff will help you set up. Highly recommended 😊

Soggiorno tranquillo e soddisfacente
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione perché in due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la fermata dell'autobus per andare in stazione. Il centro di Lugano, invece, è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Colazione buona!
