Hôtel simple mais bien !
Pros:

C est un petit hôtel assez ancien mais refait avec goût . Le monsieur est d une gentillesse incroyable bravo à lui ! L hôtel n est pas dans le centre mais le bus est presque devant . Le petit déjeuner est assez complet pour le prix

A great place
Pros:

The hotel is situated in a very quiet place, cloae to rhe bus station, close to the park, 15 kin walk to the old town and around 30 min walk from the railway station. Extremely clean, wonderful beakfast, very competent service.

Cons:

I encourage to find the safe way to send the ID to ch3ck-in. Only via mail is not accepted and there is the thread of data leakage.

Un endroit parfait !
Pros:

Tout est parfait ! La petite attention avec le coin thé-café gratuit qui est très appréciable tout au long du séjour. La décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, le petit déjeuner copieux, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, le confort du lieux.
C'est sans doute un des meilleurs hôtels de Lugano. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois, et j'y retourne à chacune de mes visites dans la région.
