Pros:

Molto buona la pulizia e la disponibilità del gestore e dello staff. Discreta la colazione che potrebbe essere migliorata in quanto a varietà. Tutto sommato buona anche la posizione visto che con poche fermate di bus si arriva al centro di Lugano: gli autobus sono molto frequenti e rispettano gli orari e per il turista è compreso il Ticino Ticket che consente di prendere i mezzi pubblici gratis. In ogni caso, l'hotel si trova vicino al lago ed è molto piacevole passeggiare nei dintorni.

Loistava yhteydenpito ja informointi sisäänkirjautumista ja saapumista.Huone pelkistetty mutta siisti.Hyvä aamiainen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Kylpyhuone pieni mutta ei se yhden yön oleskelua haitannut.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Good location, close to the lake and easy with public transport with Ticino Ticket. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room was fine with small bathroom. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Di passaggio per Lugano
Pros:

Buona struttura, decentrata, in zona tranquilla, vicinissima al lago. Con una passeggiata o con I mezzi pubblici si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti.
Camera pulita come pure gli spazi comuni.
Colazione buona. Gentilezza dei gestori che vi consiglieranno al meglio per visitare Lugano. Plus, per chi arriva in auto, il parcheggio privato ad un costo equo.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein kleines, sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal und tollem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Den See, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt erreicht man in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg. Für uns war die Lage etwas abseits vom touristischen Zentrum perfekt und da man die Busse vor Ort als Übernachtungsgast umsonst nutzen kann, auch kein Problem falls man nicht zu Fuß laufen möchte.
