I enjoyed my stay here.
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff and comfortable with nice breakfast in the morning. There is a lovely pub attached to the hotel where they do a pub menu. There is pub has a great outdoor area out the back either a play area for kids.

Cons:

The cups hadn’t been cleaned & the towels were wet but this was soon rectified.

Great receptionist
Pros:

Excellent friendly professional service, changed our room for us as we needed an accessible room when we’d only booked a standard room. I had a steak pie & chips & a pint from the pub which was lovely. Quiet spot. Would stay again

Disappointing
Pros:

Location in proximity to the wedding I was attending

Cons:

No air conditioning, lack of staff presence , key cards don’t work on the second night , beds very uncomfortable

Lady at Breakfast was very good in helping us

Cons:

I booked a room for myself and a child my grandson we got there late as I informed the receptionist over the phone .
We got checked in by night porter and went to our room only to find a double bed no other bed so he had to share with me.
I would have thought booking for Adult and child would have been 2 beds.

Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price
Pros:

Very nice accommodation for a weekend. Quiet location. Easily accessible off the motorway. Good Uber service. Room was a good size and very comfortable. Excellent shower. Breakfast choice was fantastic and food quality excellent. We had to ask for clean towels to be provided but just requested on our way out in the morning and they were in the room when we got back. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here quite a few times,which says a lot for the service, staff, location, price not too bad.
Pros:

Being coeliac I am always very cautious about restaraunts but it wasn't really a problem as I just had 2 x poached eggs, however, a little butter would not have gone amiss, sorry guys, it was a little expensive for a couple of poached eggs and a coffee?
However, if I had the full breakfast or a vegetarian version, it would have been good value.
All the staff were lovely, very friendly and accommodating including house keepers, but then they always are.
Room was lovely and clean, nice size bath, shower too high for me and not adjustable, I am a little short in height :)
All rooms close to car park....

Cons:

Room was quite dark, very little day light and you needed the lights on all the time, lots of bushes and trees outside, probably for privacy? I normally stay in the main building which is a lot brighter
A bit creaky when guests in bedroom above walking around, nothing major like,
Other than that the room was lovely, thank you.

Nice hotel in lovely surroundings
Pros:

Fantastic
Pros:

Great location, nice and quiet at night, and pub garden is excellent. And having a fan in room was great.

No usb sockets in room, smell from drain in bathroom.
