Pros:

Good price and convenient for M42 , bar was open till 11 , some similar places I have stayed in, were all locked up at 10pm on a Friday!

Cons:

It's not a criticism but be aware its over 2 miles out of Redditch and is positioned to be near the motorway not the town

An excellent few days at Meadow Farm Inn, really well looked after
Pros:

Your staff were exceptional, especially Sarah and Maddy who went out of their way to be helpful with our party of 6

Good for the price
Pros:

Room was clean, good location, reasonable check in time and checkout time.mostly Friendly staff. Clean communal areas. Breakfast was good

Cons:

The bathroom was very dated, bath and wall tiles stained bathroom was very cold, there were cobwebs in the room. The tv remote had no back to it. Constant sound of doors slamming even in the early hours of the morning 2 and 3am.
Staff were friendly except one rather rude man.
