Pros:

The room was very clean and quiet. They supplied a fan because of the heat but I didn't have to use it. No issues at all.

Dirty Carpet, Poor Service, Good Breakfast
Pros:

This place is terrible. The carpet smells as if it has never been cleaned. I accidentally paid for an extra child, and the staff made no effort to help, simply saying that their system showed one child. The only redeeming features were the restaurant staff and the breakfast, both of which were excellent. Unless you're desperately trying to save every penny, I would not recommend staying here.

Good value stay at comfy hotel.
Pros:

Room and bathroom were clean. Plenty of free parking space close to the property. Staff friendly and helpful. Location close to M42 for easy access, and handy for Redditch town centre.
Stayed on very hot day and fan in room was very welcome. No aircon, but few hotels in this country have this luxury.
Didn't stay for breakfast on this occasion, but I know from past experience that it's usually ok, including cereals, cooked breakfast and toast etc., overall reasonably tasty.
Have stayed here several times before and will continue to do so.

Pros:

I've stayed before and it's comfortable, and close to where I needed to be for the next morning.
It was extremely hot, but my room was ready with a fan switched on.

Good location, staff made you welcome, food and drinks great ,all round nice place it's our 4th time we have stayed here .the staff we met and made us welcome were , Rebecca ,isabel,Shaun the chef great food, Ethan, and Danielle. Budget friendly hotel - clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was decent, a little dated feeling but generally clean and tidy. Staff were very nice and the restaurant and bar area for food an drink was really nice too.

Cons:

Breakfast time on the property info was wrong and missed out on hot food over the weekend. Staff still sorted me out with continental selection. Evening food and drink was a little pricey I thought - but not much else in the area I don't think (walking distance)

A very clean hotel with nice staff. It was a bit hot!
Pros:

The room was very clean, and all the staff in the pub and the hotel were very friendly. The cooked breakfast was great.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that there was no air con in the room; a desk fan was provided, which helped.
