Pros:

The location as we were a group of four playing Golf and this was central. The rooms were simple and clean with a good shower over the bath. The breakfast choice were varied and met all our needs. One morning I just wanted a cuppa and some water and wasn't charged that's good customer service

Cons:

Rooms were either very hot or very cold, the air con wouldn't get the balance right over the four nights. It's set up for one night really as there is no storage just a couple of hangers. I asked the maid for more tea bags and they never appeared

Lovely clean room and helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely room nice and clean. Staff were amazing, had a slight problem with the curtains gone off the runner, were so helpful to rectify the problem. Had evening meal and breakfast enjoyed.

Overall the place is good. Just disappointed on the cleaning and the EV chargers.
Pros:

It had parking. The rooms were good.

Cons:

The so called EV chargers didn’t work. So you had to run a mile to charge the car. The cleaners changed towels. And clean the bathroom and did the bed.

Didn’t put any coffees or teas, neither did they clean the bins. So had to overflow on the rubbish. Disappointing. When you come to the hotel at 11pm it wastes time to then go to the bar/ reception area which is already closed to ask for these.
