When I booked I sent a request to say my partner was disabled when we booked in we were put on the second floor no lift my when I told reception we were told the first floor was booked because people were staying ten nights so my partner struggled up the stairs and I had to carry his walking frame I told them I sent a request saying my partner was disabled and they did say they got it but still put us on the second floor because we were staying only five days so my partner struggled every day going up the stairs.

Friendly, comfortable and good value.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Room was spotless. Lunch was very good value. We would return if needed.

Cons:

We wish breakfast was available from 7am on the Saturday due to a family commitment at 8.30am as we had a 20/25 minute drive away.

1 night stay.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was very good.

Cons:

There was a very loud, constant sound of gurgling water all night which maybe had something to do with the shower only being a dribble and the bed was very hard. The room was a little shabby and needed a freshen up.

Pros:

Have stayed here before when attending Ffos Las racecourse. Perfect location, staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. Bed very comfortable

One night stay
Pros:

The family room was exactly what we needed - clean; reasonably priced and air conditioning

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing. They were short staffed - took 20 mins to take the order taken. (It was not busy at all but the 2 people we saw were rushed off their feet). The cooked breakfasts were disappointing - I wish we had booked room only and go e off site (as many options available within a 5 nin drive on the retail park)

Staff are friendly and helpful, always available to assist.

Cons:

Beer is a bit on the expensive side but that is Marston's full stop anywhere in the country. Happy hour was a good call though 👍

Excellent location with plenty of parking.
Pros:

Accessible room ground floor very clean, double bed option catered for and a very short walk across the car park to the bar/restaurant.
Hot water for coffee on the first morning was luke warm, but the second morning an excellent cup of coffee.
Breakfast made to order and fresh, staff were excellent.
Bar was reasonably well stocked for choice of drinks, but expensive compared to prices in the town centre.
Location on the main route from Swansea to Llanelli and Uber Taxis available within 6 - 8mins and under £6 into the town centre.

Cons:

Rooms are a little dates but extremely clean.
Only one member of staff on duty at breakfast time.
Price of drinks compared to town centre.
