Pros:

Everything the staff area breakfast so well looked after

Cons:

Nothing i loved everything but just 1 slight issue no bath math in shower to shower maybe a little slippy but everything 100%

We felt the staff excelled. They couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very welcome.

The place could do with a refurbishment. Net curtains not clean enough and curtains coming off the tracks.

Pros:

Great location, room was clean and neat. No Lifts, that’s the reason gave 8 star, quite difficult to carry to many luggage to first floor.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok, not buffet. They serve a plate with minimum options.

My stay was adequat
Pros:

Breakfast good , room average , clean and tidy

Cons:

I had room 210 on the first floor and the shower pressure was very poor and needs addressing.
Also needs a wardrobe for a longer stay. As I was there for one night only the handing rail was ok.
