Pros:

Great value for money. The room was very clean with comfy beds. The air-conditioning was great and a welcome bonus after a long day on the motorbike in 30-degree weather. The breakfast was tasty as well.

Air con didn't work and room needs work.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Convenient restaurant.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn't work in very hot weather. ( the member of staff on duty tried hard to fix it but couldn't).
The room needed some upgrading - looks tired - bathroom in particular.

Pros:

Quiet room

Cons:

The fact that the " double bed " was 2 singles.put together. Myself and my partner didn't like the break in the mattress , double should mean double . No Gaps !!!

The location suits me maybe a little TLC on the infrastructure.
Pros:

I have stayed at Sessile Oak on a number of occasions. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming, which is why I return there.

Cons:

The property is getting a bit tired. On this occasion the basin plug was stuck down it took me about 5 minutes to sort this out, I didn’t want to get the staff involved as it was a Sunday evening.
The Sunday Carvery was a little tired and although the gammon was very tasty the beef and vegetables were definitely past their best.
Next time I will order from the menu.
I look forward to my next visit and hope things will have improved.

Great hotel and enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Perfect location for our needs. Staff were really nice. Room was just what we wanted. We didn’t eat there but the food smelt great.

Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

Fixed shower over bath. Bait boxes visible. Limit on breakfast. Wallpaper hanging off wall. No drawer space.
