The wait for food was too long. Admittedly, due to short staff, which was clearly evident.
The food was bland and terrible. For the same money we could've eaten somewhere where presentation, flavour and customer service meant something

Very spacious parking... staff great. Room clean. Didnt go for the breakfast as was extra & a little expensive.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Chris was wonderful. Great location, modern, clean and comfortable room. Fantastic value for money. Big, tasty breakfast also fantastic value for money.

I stayed here as I was going to the rugby and the location was perfect. The staff were lovely and everything was very efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent room - clean & with a superb shower!
Proximity to Trostre Park & the beach also a real bonus .
The evening meal was also excellent - as were the attentive & very knowledgeable staff on duty!

Drawers in the bedroom dressing table to store some clothes plus proper bedside tables with a drawer would be good. A handle to help getting in and out of the bath would also be good.

All the staff at this pub/hotel are very hospitable the accessible room was very clean and comfortable!
My wife is disabled and has mobility issues they went out of their way to make life as easy as possible for us!
The food was very good the multi-choice breakfast was one of the best We have come across….everything from full english option to poached eggs on toast continental and pancakes
We will be returning in the near future!

Very handy and made for quiet with the pub and restaurant next door and not in the same building. Room was comfortable and clean.

Personally, I find the bed a little hard, but it's perfect for my husband - everyone's different!
Having free on-site parking and good food available is great.
Having fuel stations and a range of other shops nearby is a boon.

I arrived mid-afternoon and didn’t have to wait long to be directed to check in. The room was clean and comfortable on arrival. I returned in the evening to a cozy bed, after enjoying a couple of beers in the pub next door. I didn’t eat in the hotel but it looked a good carvery style pub. The bed a was warm and comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast the next morning was freshly cooked and delicious. £8.75 too was cheaper than average. I’d definitely visit again.

Great value for money. We had a great stay and would return. The property outside needs a little attention and our bathroom floor was very “spongy” and needs someone to look at it. We forgot to tell them on leaving. The food was brilliant, breakfast was excellent.

We spent a night here on our way along the coast. The room was clean and spacious. There was everything we required for a one-night stay - kettle, hairdryer. The food was reasonably priced and was amply adequate for a chain-style pub. There staff were friendly. Despite the nearby roundabouts the room was quiet.
