Great place for families, highly recommend!
Pros:

Facilities were great!
Having a ski shop inside the hotel was very comfortable.
Room was very nice and so was the spa&pool area.

Staff members were kind and helpful

Cons:

Location is overall good but pretty far from station center so going shopping is a bit far.

We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was great. Bad timing with big conference events
Pros:

The room was comfortable and there was a lot of storage which we liked. The view from our bed was amazing!!
The food was good with a good choice of dinners. Breakfast was yummy
Staff were friendly and we loved the facilities - the spa and pool etc...

Cons:

When we arrived it felt like the hotel wasn't ready for us, with staff cleaning everywhere and a bit hectic
There was a big conference while we were there and we found that some nights we had no space to sit in the bar area and it was very loud late at night with people shouting up and down the corridors. We felt a bit taken over and not personal.
We were 10 minutes walk to the centre and on the way back was up a steep hill

Tout est parfait dans cet établissement : la situation le confort le personnel adorable et super compétent. À l’écoute immédiate de nos besoins. Tout est absolument parfait. Je le conseille à 200 pour cent

Rien. J’ai tout aimé. Le confort l’insonorisation donc le calme la qualité des équipements les dimensions exceptionnelles de la chambre. Et pour finir l’excellence du personnel

Des anglais très bruyants au bar de l’hôtel….
Ils se comportaient comme s’ils étaient dans leurs pubs anglais
