Il materasso era eccezionale, per dimensioni e, soprattutto, comodità. Perfetto. La camera era molto bella, ben tenuta e con una bella vista, nonostante fossimo al piano terra. La posizione era molto comoda per raggiungere a piedi gli impianti di risalita. La zona è bellissima per fare passeggiate adatte a tutti, con panorami splendidi.
Il prezzo della colazione, veramente troppo alto.

Emplacement idéal avec vue surprenante malgres le temps aléatoire .
Au début, un peu perturbé par la localisation de notre chambre collée au local technique du spa qui présentait une forte odeur de chlore et des moquettes très abîmées. Le confort global de la chambre et la vue permet de lisser ses petits défauts.
Tolles Upgrade vor Ort bekommen; Frühstück war super.
La proximité avec le village, la vue depuis l’hôtel et les infrastructures. Super petit-déjeuner et dîner.
La raideur d’une des serveuses du restaurant, sûrement la cheffe de rang…
Le manque de climatisation dans les chambres
L'emplacement, la qualité du personnel, l'hôtel
Hammam et jacuzzi extérieur en panne, pas de gestion individuelle de la climatisation dans la chambre.
Établissement très bien équipé et confortable et très bien situé (proche du centre tout en étant au calme). Le spa et le bar / restauration sur place sont un vrai plus.
Le prix de la restauration / snack reste assez élevé.
La struttura si trova in un contesto ideale per le famiglie. Lo staff è stato quasi sempre disponibile. Ottima la colazione.
La zona piscina potrebbe essere migliorata notevolmente e le persone che la utilizzano non sempre rispettano le regole scritte (silenzio e tuffi vietati) inserirei una persona dello staff per visionare. Non consiglierei il ristorante ad un italiano abituato alla nostra cucina. In giro c’è di meglio.
