Nice hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Good location, nice facilities, good size rooms, good value for money, food was nice, reception and restaurant staff were really friendly, cleaning staff were nice.

Cons:

Spa staff and equipment room staff were typically rude French towards English. This stereotype should be stamped out and for that I only give it an 8 out of ten. The reception staff and restaurant staff clearly got the memo but I just think from a business perspective, bad apples in the bunch ruin it for all. Management need to stamp out this French vs English culture mentality, it’s pathetic, without tourism there jobs wouldn’t exist, so they should be grateful to everyone no matter there ethnicity, religion and nationality. I will say however, it wouldn’t stop me going back there.

fantastic place and an amazing holiday which we hope to repeat.
Pros:

room with fantastic views. energetic and freindly staff even in the face of miserable (other) guests. great ski equipment hire. great communal spaces. food was very good quality and plentiful and staff very efficient and friendly.
warm room and good lighting both bright when needed and dim also when switching down. car parking was perfect. reception was always welcoming and always helpful.

Cons:

the spa was great but a little tired and needs a good deep clean. poor detail on the wine list at the bar.
we originally asked for two singles (and one double) but the room was set up as a double and bunk beds. but this was not a major problem as one of my sons slept on the sofa bed as the bunk bed was too short.
communication through Booking.Com was not easy or good and made it more complicated than it should have been.

Le cadre est très sympa et décoré avec goût.le personnels est très gentil.

Cons:

Le spa est bien... mais dommage la piscine intérieure juste chaude et dommage 1seule jaccuzi extérieur et quand les gens s'installe c'est difficile d'en faire...

Excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel au pied des pistes .
Pros:

Bel établissement , très bien situé au pied des pistes . Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses . Les prestations sont de qualités , le personnel est très sympathique , le tout contribue à rendre le séjour facile et agréable .

L'accueil, la propreté, le confort du lit, l'équipement de la chambre, les petites attentions, le petit déjeuner incroyable et le restaurant, l'emplacement de l'hôtel proche des chemins de randonnées et des commerces. Hall d'accueil et salon chaleureux.

Adresse que nous retenons pour nos prochains passages aux Arcs !
Pros:

Super séjour aux Arcs 1800 et dans cet établissement. Chambre confortable et vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est complet et l’espace spa piscine très confortable et peu fréquenté l’été.

Cons:

La carte du restaurant pas à jour sur le site de l’hôtel + la piscine pas assez chauffée (eau un peu fraîche)

Quelques améliorations seraient à revoir…
Pros:

Hôtel au calme et bien situé dans la station. Chambre agréable et spacieuse. Choix dans le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

N’avons pas été prévenus que le hammam était en panne, et sommes restés 6 jours sans pouvoir en bénéficier. L’avons signalé a la réceptionniste qui est restée indifférente. Avons diné au restaurant de l’hôtel et une fois sur place et lors de notre choix, le serveur nous informe que le tarif menu n’est pas exact comme indiqué sur la carte mais majoré de 2€ Dommage que vos cartes n’aient pas été mises à jour ! D’autre part, lors du choix de nos desserts, les 2 que nous avions choisi n’étaient plus disponibles ! Encore dommage !!!! Pourtant nous n’étions pas si nombreux dans l’hôtel cette semaine.
