yurdum apart hayali bir rezervasyon ve başka konaklama yeri bulamadığımız için gece erzuruma geri dönmek zorunda kaldık

Konaklanacak bir yer yoktu yani gittiğimiz otel değildi.
Normal sıradan bir kiralık daire
Telefona bakan olmadı herkes kendi dairesinde.
Burası normal apartman dediler

Pros:

It was worst experience ever. When I reached there, the facility was closed. I contacted the owner. He said that the facility has been closed for more than a year. I was shocked and did not know what to do. Finally i left the city and travelled to another city and stayed with a friend. They informed me that hotel.com will return my money. I also sent an email to hotel.com but no response yet.

Geen receptie zoals op Expedia wordt vermeld
Pros:

We belden naar het nummer dat op expedia was vermeld voor receptie en we werden door een mevrouw op een hele nare toon gekefferd dat verblijf niet mogelijk was.

Ik wil graag mijn geld terug!
