Cons:

It was a little tight with the pull out couch. We had to push it around a little to get it down because the AC unit was in the way.

It was a great place to stay while visiting family.
Pros:

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff checked to be sure we had everything we needed. There was even a gift bag with dog supplies in it. We were impressed.
