No breakfast- I asked you for a handicap room- didn’t get passed on to the hotel. They accommodated me

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel was clean.

Cons:

Low water pressure! No amenities on a holiday trip! I paid for a full service hotel and got very little service.

Very clean friendly staff comfortable beds the ability to order food from the kitchen. Good location.

It was warm and clean.

Cons:

They gave us a smaller room with only one bed, then they wouldn't give us a partial refund. We were cramped. It was loud at night with kids running in and out of rooms and a mom with a big mouth yelling 'til about 1:30 am. Management said Book.com would have to decide if we get any refund. I will never stay here again and next time I'll call the hotels for reservations.
