Había muchas cucarachas en la habitacion y 1 araña, la tapa del la taza del baño estaba rota, la tele no funcionaba, el elevador fuera de servicio

Lo que no me gustó fue que no aceptaron pago con tarjeta y me pidieran ir a sacar efectivo al banco para hacer el pago, más él hecho de que no tenían idea de que se había hecho la reservación por Expedia.

Me gusto la habitación que me dieron porque tenia vista al malecón y a la plaza de artesanías, los cuartos los mantienen muy limpios, ningún mal olor, en limpieza excelente

Mala experiencia, hotel sirena Veracruz

Pésima experiencia, en todos los sentidos, no brindan ni los servicios basicos, no funciona el internet ni cable a pesar de que se los haces saber en la administración, no son resolutivos y al contrario ponen excusas para todo. Además de que el lugar es muy sucio, huele mal. Entiendo que es un hotel sencillo pero abusan, sobre todo en temporada alta abusan son los precios, cuando normalmente una habitación sencilla cuesta 300 pesos la noche nos cobraron 5,300 pesos por dos noches, no tuvimos opción porque no encontrábamos lugar pero tampoco es válido tal exceso.
Por otro lado me gustaría hacer una observación a Hoteles.com, deberían tener estándares de calidad al momento de ofertar hoteles, ya que somos personas que confiamos en sus ofertas y realmente está experiencia fue desagradable.

Mi viaje fue excelente,gracias por ubicarnos en un lugar muy cercano a lo que queriamos. En mi próximo viaje los contactaremos y recomendaremos. Observe por la ventana del hotel los barcos en el malecón de Veracruz Y tuve la facilidad de salir del hotel y a media cuadra los observe de cerca muchas gracias.Fue fantástica la experiencia
