Clean, nice rooms.
Good location.
Varied breakfast.

Cons:

Heating (ventilation) cannot be controlled from within rooms only by reception, which is a huge disadvantage. The good thing was they were helpful to provide an auxiliary ventilator which we could turn on/off as we needed. Also the central heating was blowing only cold air in that room even if they increased the temperature, and it was too noisy to let it run all night anyways.

Wie jedes Jahr sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Service. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir waren über das Osterwochenende erneut im Hampton by Hilton Munich City West und wie schon in den letzten Jahren sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv war die freundliche und unkomplizierte Art an der Rezeption: Unser erstes Zimmer hat uns von der Lage her nicht überzeugt, und uns wurde ohne Zögern und sehr zuvorkommend ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Die Aussicht auf den Bahnhof mit den vielen Gleisen und Zügen gefällt mir persönlich sehr. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit tollem Service.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt war das Frühstück: Mein Mann hat den gewohnten Bacon vermisst, der sonst immer angeboten wurde.

Overall it was a wonderful experience and for sure would recommend it to others visiting Munich.
Pros:

It was close by to the train station and a stop was in from of the tram so easily accessible. Cleaning and providing of new towels daily.

Cons:

Nothing bad just spending 7 nights at the same hotel and having the same breakfast options. I would have preferred a bit of change in the breakfast selection. But still breakfast was top notch and super good.

War schon öfter in diesem Hampton - so schlecht war es noch nicht.
Pros:

Frühstück top, Lage super

Cons:

Ein Zimmer direkt über den Gleisen, an Lüften war nicht zu denke, da heftig laut. Gleichzeitig ein übler Geruch im Zimmer, der das Lüften noch nötiger gemacht hätte. Reinigung wurde nicht vorgenommen.

Sehr gute ÖPNV Erreichbarkeit

Cons:

Im Zimmer war es sehr warm und es hat nach Fußschweiß gerochen, so dass wir mit offenem Fenster geschlafen haben. Jedoch ist es im Innenhof (Zimmer war zum Innenhof) durch Raucher:innen und ankommenden Gäste sehr laut und es war schwierig Ruhe zu finden.

Der recht kurze Weg zum Bahnhof war super, gute Anbindung an Tram und Bus

Cons:

Toilettendeckel war locker, gemeldet, aber es war kein Hausmeister vor Ort bei 2 Übernachtungen, keine TV Fernbedienung, diese wurde erst nach der 2. Reklamation gebracht und kein Föhn auf dem Zimmer.

Pros:

Struttura nuova, pulita e ben accogliente. Personale gentilissimo.

Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Posizione non troppo lontano dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile con il tram che passa proprio davanti l'entrata.

Cons:

Nulla di che.
