Pros:

Cons:

Worst Hilton I've experienced globally. No water on offer at reception even though its 36C outside whereas other Hiltons always have welcome drinks out.

Staff rejected my package and I never managed to get it back as its now lost in Swiss mail.

Im Zimmer war es sehr heiss, es war grenzwertig, man konnte kaum verweilen, keine Klima, kein Fenster zum öffnen.

Teppich im Zimmer
Abrechnung mit Assistenzhund nicht korrekt. Statt Hunde Taxe wurde von einem Depot gesprochen bei der Anreise. Dieses wurde nicht erstattet und dann in eine Hunde Taxe umgewandelt. Im Vorfeld hatten wir extra nach den Gebühren für Assistenzhunde gefragt. Und da wurde mit keinem Wort von 50.- gesprochen.
Wir fühlen uns getäuscht. "Kundenservice" sehr enttäuschend

Leider konnten wir wegen der späten Uhrzeit nicht mehr über Hiltonapp buchen. Trotz mehrmaliger Anruf ging leider niemand ans Telefon. So mussten wir die Buchung als Goldmember über Booking.com durchführen. Im Hotel angekommen gegen morgens 2 Uhr war die Dame sehr desinteressiert. Es waren mehrere Männer mit Whiskyflaschen an der Rezeption mit ihren Füßen auf den Tischen, laut und unangemessen unterhaltend. Wir fragten beim Checkin nach möglicher Upgrade für Goldmember , die die Junge Dame ablehnte. Das war auch okay. Sie sagte, dass wir als Goldmember auch das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch nehmen können, da wir nicht über Hilton oder direkt über Hotel gebucht hätten. Das sie jedoch nicht ans Telefon ging hat sie nicht beachtet und wollte nicht hören.
Im Zimmer musste ich meine Medikamente mit Leitungswasser nehmen ,da kein Wasser da war.
Auch mehrmalige Anrufe vom.Zommer aus, wurden nixht beantwortet.
Wir mussten mit unserer Hand aus dem Wasserhahn im Bad trinken. Im Zimmer gab es keine Slipper , so dass ich erst Nal zum Auto musste,um meine Hausschuhe zu nehmen.
Morgens als ich beim Checkout war, habe ich gefragt, wie lange die Rezeption eigentlich besetzt ist.
Frau Biela sagte mir , dass die Rezeption 24 h besetzt ist.
Als ich sie nach Wasser fragte, da ich die Ganze Nacht ohne Wasser lag, da auch keine Gläser da waren, war sie erstaunt. Sie hat uns dann zum Frühstück eingeladen. Allerdings war es dann schon 10 Uhr, so dass wir dann auch noch bei der Eierstation Ärger bekommen haben und von der Dame zurecht verwiesen wurden, warum wir so spät kommen und dann noch ein Ei wollen.

Alles in einem überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert.
