Die Zimmer sahen optisch sehr gut aus und wir durften früher einchecken.
Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut und hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Ohne Ohropax war es nicht möglich in der Nacht zu schlafen. Für ein neues Hilton Hotel habe ich einiges mehr erwartet. Die Kissen war auch nicht sehr bequem und ich hatte am morgen jeweils Nackenschmerzen. Der TV hatte kein Netflix und alle deutschen Sender haben nicht funktioniert.
Der Wunsch nach einem Zweibettzimmer wurde erfüllt. Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich.
Flüssigseife war leer, wurde trotz Meldung nicht aufgefüllt. Zimmer lärmig. Lavabo hat einen grossen Sprung, muss repariert werden.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to the hotel is tram available. Also Tivoli mall is 800m.
Netflix didn’t work in my room. YouTube also didn’t work properly. Car parking fee was very expensive. Could have given some concession for people who have booked especially two rooms there.

L'hôtel est bien placé pour une arrivée en voiture et il y a un parking
Le parking est payant (alors que l'hôtel est un peu excentré), la climatisation ne refroidissait rien du tout, le lit était dur... Bref, pour un Hilton, c'était très moyen.
Als wir abends Ca. 22 Uhr ins Zimmer kamen, ging die Toilettenspülung nicht. Nach Anruf an der Rezeption kam nach 10min ein Handwerker, der das Problem nicht beheben konnte, sich aber um ein neues Zimmer für uns gekümmert hat. Er ging und kam nach ca 25. min zurück mit dem Schlüssel für das neue Zimmer. Das war sehr unkompliziert.
Wir hatten unseren mittelgrossen Hund dabei. Da das Hotel in einer Art Industriegebiet liegt, waren die Gassi- Möglichkeiten recht eingeschränkt.
Die Parkplätze vor dem Hotel waren gebührenpflichtig. Von der Parkgarage darunter war eine Parkgebühr nichts ungewöhnliches aber von den hauseigenen Parkplätzen vor dem Hotel hätte das nicht sein müssen meiner Meinung nach.
Die Lage war sehr gut erreichbar. Fussläufig ist aber nichts spannendes.
Parken ist mit 1,50 pro Stunde recht teuer, Frühstück ab 12 Jahren 30 euro. Naja Schweiz halt.
The hotel itself was beautiful and well equipped. We were pleasantly surprised by a laundry facility and gym on site. The staff were all professional, competent and friendly. We will stay here again. It was an excellent value for money.
The airco was not 100% working, so our room felt quite warm. I think it was a minor facilities maintenainance issue. I mentioned it upon checkout.

Teppich im Zimmer mit Flecken.
Frühstück eher mickrig, tangiges Brot kaltes Rührei Schinken. Waren ineinander 3 Stern Hotel , da war das Frühstück top. Geschirr wird nicht abgeräumt und mussten Personsl aufmerksam machen was fehlt
