Pros:

Without a doubt, this is the best option I've chosen for a stay during a trip. The services were excellent, but above all, the friendliness of the host and staff was outstanding.

It's a charming place for families seeking safe accommodation, conveniently located near the metro, and with a restaurant nearby.

Claire was beyond helpful. She figured out the metro stops for us and provided free parking since we DID NOT want to drive in Paris. The beds and sofa bed were comfy. The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful! Claire asked what time to bring breakfast and showed up with a basket of fruits, jellies, fresh baked goods, and more. We felt so spoiled. The neighborhood was safe and we walked around without fear. We recommend Claire's above all others. She also rents out a five bedroom apartment in the same building!

Pros:

Loved the location. Close to transport,park, and restaurants. Claire was really helpful and the house was perfect for a family. Only downside are the stairs with luggage!
