Great room (the VIP) with ocean view! They cook great meals, and you can cook yourself, we made fried fish, fried rice, Hungarian sausage, coconut shakes, etc. etc!!! The owners, and the people running the place her as friendly as anyone on Negros Island! They even let us use their kayak to snorkel to Ticklin Island (the most clown fish I’ve ever seen!
I actually loved the accommodation . Owners were very hospitable and considerate. I rescheduled the date earlier and they offered me a VIP room in a discounted rate! In addition, my family met new friends there. Their friendly dogs,

The atmosphere was next level. Truly felt like I was staying at a friends guest house . They left us be in peace but treated us like old friends when we went to the entertainment facilities. I tracked the world and this was a top 3 stay in terms of comfort and value
The lack of time I had to stay there. I’m not a fancy luxury person , was plenty of things to keep my busy body pleased yet ultra comfortable to chill
The VIP room was perfect for us. Very spacious, with double bed and bunk beds for the kids. lovely balcony to watch the water from, with a power outlet conveniently located, so i could work on my laptop from there.
Food was really good, and reasonably priced. The place was a surprising little gem. On site tattoo studio was an interesting addition.
The stairs to the upper level were quite steep, and this made lugging the suitcases up and down a bit of an effort.

Zu beachten ist, dass die Steckdosen nur für philippinische Stecker ausgelegt sind und man unbedingt einen Übergangsstecker dabei haben sollte.
Einen Schrecken erfuhr meine Frau bei der Ankunft. Sie hat Angst vor grossen Hunden und wurde gleich von zwei freilaufenden Doberman Hunden begrüsst. Die Hunde waren sehr freundlich und verursachten keinerlei Probleme. Für jemanden, der Angst vor solchen Hunden hat, ist es trotzdem schwierig.
The other reviews didn't lie when they wrote the staff are so friendly. Absolutely friendly and accommodating.
I didn't bring toothbrushes and the main contact, this nice lady named Josephine, immediately offered to run to a nearby store for us. I tipped well, of course.
It's an older structure but the place is clean and the beds comfortable. Super value for money. Highly recommend.
Stray dogs one time appeared by the beach but they weren't dangerous and seemed used to people

I loved the laid-back chilled atmosphere and the family feel. The owners are very welcoming and make your stay super easy, relaxing, and friendly. The room was very large and clean with all you would need to cook your own food if you wish. Good restaurant and great value. I loved the balcony to chill with a coffee in the morning with a pleasant view.
It's a rough road to get there.
Absolute amazing owner Doug, his wife and all staff: friendly, warm, helpful. You really feel welcome at this place! We booked the big VIP room, which is huge, comfortable, completely equipped and quiet. Very good bed! Drinkable water will be provided. TV with Netflix channel, good WiFi. Amazing view from the huge terrace to the seaside.
We have been the only guests, this might have been the reason, that a lot of food choice was not available for dinner. But no issue for us, because we had a rental car, enough restaurants in San Carlos. The boulevard there is a must : BBQ and fresh fish in good quality and cheap.
The road from the national highway to the resort, about 1km, is an absolute mess, urgently needs pavement. But not an issue of the resort.

Doug and Maria have assembled a great team who made the stay into a beautiful few days of beachside relaxing. The room was perfectly clean and super comfortable. The location is excellent. Their slogan is "come as a guest, leave as a friend", and they really live by it. At the same time, they completely respect your privacy.

Maria and Doug have put together a lovely team of people who do everything they can to make your stay perfect. Their slogan is "come as a guest, leave as a friend" and it fits perfectly. That said, they also totally respect your quiet time if you want it.
My room was great. Very comfortable. Very well maintained. Everything worked all the time (which is not always the case in the Philippines).
It was exactly the few days of relaxation that I needed.
