Improve the human relationships behaviour with the customer as you depict that "अतिथि देवो भव"
Pros:

Only the building
The parking space in the campus

Cons:

The behaviour of every person of the group.
The response which a customer expect is lacking
In the room electric kettle is there but no milk,tea, sugar, coffee etc.
The amount they charge is also very high
I think that they have given three 🌟🌟🌟 but it's not upto that level.

Very Bad Experience
Pros:

Hotel staff is not professional. He was asking for extra money and we book a room for 24hrs. But hotel staff gave us a room for just 12 hrs.. very bad experience need to change staffs. And Also staff's language is very bad, he forced to pay extra and we gave but he also forced to checkout the room in 12hrs.
