Exceptionally welcoming and friendly.
Pros:

the staff were amazing, and the room was spacious and they held our bags till flying time, thank you. Would highly recommend this place.

A fantastic stay to out Japan vacation
Pros:

Great location and very nice staff. Close to train, restaurants, convenience stores, 24 hour supermarkets. Rooms were good size and appreciated the pajamas and snacks!

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. Will stay there again!

Marvelous
Pros:

Loved that it was quiet, close to a good train line and the staff were very helpful. The neighbourhood bakery was awesome and loved the launderette with a shoe facilities too.

ホテルは綺麗で快適でした。住宅街にあります。コンビニまでは10分くらい歩きました！コンビニまでの夜道は明るくないので1人だと怖いと思います。
朝の無料コーヒー良かったです。

お風呂に追い焚き機能がな買ったのが残念です。

Lovely apartment for a family
Pros:

Lovely little hotel, clean and comfortable. Great to have an apartment with a balcony for fresh air. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Taka showed us how to use all of the appliances when we checked in so we could do laundry. Free coffee at reception with a 7 Eleven, little restaurants and train station (Hibiya line) within walking distance. There was a great little breakfast cafe and a fruit & veg shop close by. If you’re looking for a traditional neighbourhood rather than a tourist hotspot, this is a great place.

Cons:

We liked everything. It is a quieter neighbourhood than other places so depends what you are looking for.

Pros:

Very nice place and staff. Very clean, good location near metro. Great places to eat around. Quiet neigborhood. Good price comparing to Tokyo.

Pros:

The owner is very helpful and friendly. He showed us the hotel facilities and the rules to follow when we stay there.

He even directed us the way to Yokohoma in terms of when & what types of train to catch. The Hotel is generally cozy & nice to stay with supermarket, 7-Eleven, Lawson nearby.

Cons:

To me, the hotel is a little bit far from the MINOWA station. as you need to walk about 5-7min ....

Pros:

Cons:

They had no credit card machine. Had sliding (like Square company) which didnt work ¬ secure. Later unveiled machine which was not setup. 2) Didnt accept cash. 3) Wanted "call my bank" 4) Wanted personal info on paper. 5) Refused cancel even no way pay them 6) Had no proof of business license. 7) Hard find w/o gps 8) Both generally incompetent.
