Pros:

Struttura che ha ampiamente soddisfatto le necessita di una giovane famiglia in viaggio.
Staff cordialissimo e super friendly con il nostro bambino, le valigie sono arrivate come da accordo dalla struttura precedente e sono state custodite fino al nostro arrivo.
L'appartamento era spazioso, con una zona cucina e living e una stanza con ben 3 letti (perfetta per il nostro bimbo di 4 mesi), un arredo funzionale e minimalista.
Vicino alla stazione della metro e di alcune fermate dell'autobus. Quartiere tranquillo e adorabile da scoprire.

Cons:

I cuscini potrebbero essere migliorati.

Worth the stay
Pros:

Our stay was nice and we really appreciate the coffee in the morning and the warm hospitality of the staff. Our rooms were very spacious and as 4 people we didn't have any problems regarding space. The room was very clean and they had cleaning services every 2-3 days.

Cons:

The room was nice but we didn't have any space to hang bath towels apart from the shower bar so we had to either put them on our suitcases or hang them on the kitchen chairs. A hook for towels would be much appreciated. (There was a coat hanger too).

The room was super spacious even for 3 people, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, clean, and nice to look at. The staff spoke great English and were patient. They took the time to give us a tour of the room with its features during check in and helped us book a taxi. I was incredibly impressed with their service.

A wonderful stay, Recommended for an authentic local vibe.
Pros:

Located in a quiet local area away from the crowds, but only a 5-minute walk to the station.
The staff are amazing and very helpful. Perfect stay!

A Great Hotel
Pros:

The room was perfect!! It was exactly what I was expecting!! The bed was comfortable, a/c worked on hot days. The balcony had a nice view. The location was perfect, away from the city to take a break from the noise. The staff was amazing. Can call you a taxi if you need it. Close to the train station.

Pros:

Really nice hotel for a family of 6 - clean and comfy. Easy check in, staff was accommodating and really lovely - every staff member at the reception area was friendly. The area was only 5 minutes walk to 7 Eleven and train station was 10-15 minute walk. Great area for families of little children if they don't want the busy scene. Umbrellas were provided, and you could take it out with you. Highly recommend!!!! You can also see sky tree and probably walk 40 minutes.

Cons:

Provide chopping knife and board.

객실이 정말 깨끗하고 편해요! 파자마가 제공되어서 좋아요 직원들도 모두 친절쓰하고 주변이 조용해요.

Cons:

슈퍼나 편의점, 드럭은 있지만 드럭스토어 조금 비싼 편. 주택가다 보니 관광객은 뭔가 놀 만한 게 없어서 (식당 카페 돈키호테 등) 우에노까지 나가야 하고 숙소 위치 자체가 우에노역에서 걸어가기 어려운(도보30분) 곳에 있어서 전철을 갈아타야 하는 점이 좀 번거로움

La calma necesaria después del intenso turismo en Tokio.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, con restaurantes y tiendas cerca, y el metro a 10 minutos andando como mucho. La limpieza y orden del hotel eran excepcionales. Pero, sin duda, si tengo que destacar algo, es el personal del hotel. Todos eran fantásticas personas, nos recibían siempre de forma muy agradable y nos ofrecieron ayuda para todo. Sin duda, hicieron que la experiencia fuera de 10. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, en especial a los turistas que quieran explorar toda la zona este de Tokio.

Cons:

No hay nada que me disgustase. Creo que, por el precio que obtuve, no se puede pedir mucho más al hotel. La zona no está tan cerca de todos los puntos más turísticos de esta parte de la ciudad, pero su conexión en transporte es muy buena y a cambio se obtiene una tranquilidad que se agradece a la hora de descansar después de un día duro.
