Beste kamers in Tokyo
Pros:

Voor derde keer dit hotel gekozen. Met name voor de grootte van de kamer voor deze prijs. Ideale plek om Tokyo te verkennen. Ligt in rustige wijk met winkels en restaurants in de buurt.

An excellent stay from check-in to check-out.
Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since we arrived early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and very spacious, making our stay comfortable. What I loved most is that the hotel has an elevator and is very close to Minowa Station, making it super convenient, especially when traveling with luggage. There are also many convenience stores nearby, which is a big plus. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to Japan.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations and we had a great stay.

Excellent choice for families
Pros:

Quiet neighbourhood. The rooms are spacious, and having a proper dining area where the family can sit and enjoy a meal together is really nice. The washing machine and clothes dryer are also a huge plus for us since we’ve been travelling for weeks.

Cons:

Limited food options in the area. You’ll need to walk about 20–25 minutes to Asakusa for more choices

만족스러웠습니다.
Pros:

기대 이상으로 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사도 있고요. 우선 사장님이 영어도 잘하시고 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 방도 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 무료로 하우스키핑도 운영중이었어요. 엘리베이터도 있어서 편하게 이동했어요. 그리고 호텔에서 제공하는 것도 굉장히 많았습니다. 기본적으로 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 드라이기는 기본이고 어댑터도 빌려주었습니다.
웰컴 무료 과자도 주시더라구요. 냉장고도 기본 호텔의 작은 사이즈보다 커서 편의점 음식 보관하기도 좋았어요. 냉동실도 꽤 큽니다. 특징으로는 카운터에 앉아계시는 사장님이 매일 달라지던데 그렇다면 사장님마다 친절도가 달라질 순 있겠으나 제가 3박 4일동안 머물렀던 기간의 사장님들은 다 친절했습니다. 호텔 위치도 만족스러웠어요. 미노와 역이 근처였고 주변에 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트, 현지식당 등이 있어서 편했습니다. 바로 큰 길로 나가면 스카이트리인지 전망대가 보입니다.

Cons:

방마다 전경이 다 다릅니다. 안쪽 방은 반대쪽 호텔 건물 정도만 보이는데, 바깥쪽 방은 전망대가 보여서 뷰가 꽤 좋아요. 그리고 음식물 처리는 딱히 방도가 없는 것 같아서 저희는 따로 두고 말씀드렸는데, 바로 음식물을 넣을 쓰레기통이 따로 없다는게 단점이네요.

Pros:

spacious for a japan housing. and elevator is accessible directly to the door. basic amenities are provided.

Cons:

few hangers and space to hang and dry the clothings. coffee is provided only at a certain timing. house cleaning should be done at one go rather than splitting into two days. air refresher should be provided at the toilet room.

Would recommend for friends and family traveling together.
Pros:

Literally a small flat, with two bedrooms that are spacious enough. A short walk from the metro, in a safe and calm neighborhood. Staff was also helpful and attentive to our needs.

Best choice for Tokyo stay.
Pros:

SAILS completely met and jumped over our expectations.
The rooms are spacious, you literally have two separate rooms — a kitchen and bedroom, along with a restroom and bathroom. The room had a washing machine (a saviour in Japan's hot & humid September) and all the necessary supplies, along with welcome snacks that we enjoyed a lot. The staff are the kindest and sweetest people that were always helping us with answers & recommendations. The area is quiet and extremely chill, it is perfect to unwind from busy day, whilst still being close to the subway (8min walk) and some very nice local spots. Oh, and most likely you will see Tokyo Skytree from your balcony ;)
