Pros:

38 m2, spacieux, comme un studio, avec toilettes independantes de la salle de bain.

Cons:

La fonction bidet des toilettes ne marchait pas, ou nous n'avons pas su le faire marcher, mais le personnel ne comprenait pas le Français et pas trop l'anglais... et la lunette des toilettes n'etait pas tres stable, sinon tout etait bien

Muy cómodo para 4 personas, era justo lo que buscábamos: dos estancias separadas, inodoro separado de la ducha y pequeña zona de comedor/cocina.
Excepcionalmente limpio.
Zapatillas y pijamas de cortesía.

Cons:

Un poco alejado de las zonas de interés, pero nos ha compensado la comodidad de tener espacio y privacidad. El barrio muy tranquilo, con tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes muy cerca. El metro a 5 min andando.

Great place to stay
Pros:

A wonderful place to stay with extremely helpful staff . The room was large and spacious and they included free welcome snacks and a detailed guide in English on how everything in the room works which was extremely helpful . They also offered free morning coffee and were always there to help us with any problem

Cons:

Location wise it’s not ideal but it’s still like 25minute walk from the heart of Asakusa which is pretty good and about ten minutes on foot from the nearest subway station

Pros:

It's clean, a bit small and surprisingly no chopsticks

Cons:

The main problem is the air conditioning that runs for a while and suddenly totally stops. I was hot and there's no way to control it, although it's on manual it runs buy itself, I want to turn to stronger wind and lower temperature but it would not respond

A wonderful family stay with exceptional staff and unforgettable memories.
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind, and always helpful. We had a perfect, dreamlike family holiday, and our stay at Hotel SAILS made it even more special. The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and impeccably maintained. Its convenient location near Minowa Station made it easy to explore Tokyo, including Asakusa and Akihabara. Having convenience stores nearby was also a great advantage, allowing us to pick up food and enjoy relaxed meals in the comfort of our room. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families visiting Tokyo!

Pros:

Dejligt lille sted med gode værelser. Der er hvad der skal være af ting til en lille lejlighed. Hjælpsomt personale, gode små lokale restauranter omkring hotellet og 7 min på gåben til metroen og det tager ca 20 min til centrum.

Comfortable roomy stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Little, if at all to complain about. All as described & depicted in the pictures.

Pass code for room entry suited the group quite well, and the suite had all the facilities we needed bar a dedicated clothes dryer (shower room setting sufficed however)

All staff were very accommodating & helped with our luggage as well as other questions.

A warm welcome and clean, lovely accommodation as well as a great location.
Pros:

The staff were lovely - welcoming and helpful. The shower was great and also the clothes washing and drying facilities were very handy. We loved the location in the heart of a residential area with little temples tucked away. There were plenty of towels and toiletries and free coffee every morning in the lobby was a nice touch. Loved the balcony and view of the Skytree.

Cons:

Maybe another pillow would have been great. The kitchen is limited although you can rent most things you need but honestly has everything you need if you mainly eat out.

Great location for Asakusa, the river and Water Bus Station and Skytree and close to Minowa Station so was great for us but if you want to be close to Shinbuya and Shinjuku etc. then it's a bit of a journey on the metro.
