The spa was clean offering too many options !

Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not.

On a été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux.
L'option buffet le soir n'était pas disponible.

Otelde konaklayan ilk Türk misafir olduğumuz söylendi. Türkiye’deki termallerle kıyas kabul etmez burayı Afrika standartları ile karşılaştırmak gerekir. Yemekleri başarılı fakat termal havuza otelde konaklamayan dışardan da müşteri alıyorlar bu eksi bir durum.

It was a Wonderful stay specially with the Spa.

Visit the local thermal pools and 3 star hotels for better service and value. You’ll get the same service and support the community. Lesson learned. I gave the following concerns to the Vichy manager 24 hours prior to our checkout. Confirmed he received the feedback at checkout. He decided not to address the concerns. 1. Broken toilet, 2. Broken trash can, 3, Shower temperature fluctuations are frequent and extremely hot to cold, 4. In room refrigerator doesn’t work. 5. Arguing employees in the spa delayed gaining access to the facilities. After thoughts, the view from the balcony of a small river littered with trash and plastic bottles was almost poetic in showing how little the Vichy brand is concerned about their future reputation and relationships with both their loyal customers and environmental commitments. Not impressed.

Triste sejour dans un hotel 4 etoiles, service decevant. Service bagagerie et reception inexistant. Pour un hotel 4 etoiles proposant un soi disant buffet pour le diner. Il n’y a pas de choix. Franchement experience que je ne renouvellerai pas.
Decu de ce dernier week-end de la fin d’année 2024.

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est au petits soins.
Déjeuner très varié et produits frais.

L’hôtel se trouve dans un endroit isolé. Une station thermale s’y trouve mais, Manques de renseignements concernant les activités à faire.

Personnel accueillant, gentil, bienveillant et respectueux
Le cadre est agréable, juste le mobilier est un peu abimé, dans la chambre et également sur l’extérieur.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet et délicieux, le personnel est au petit soin
Je recommande fortement

C'est un hôtel dans une station thermal, mais l'accès au Spa de l'hôtel n'est pas compris dans le prix et il faut payer 200 dh par personne à chaque fois que vous voulez rentrer en plus des soins.
Nous sommes client du Vichy de Bouznika et l'accès à l Piscine est Inclus dans le prix de la chambre.
Il faut au moins bien le dire aux clients. Sinon c'est une arnaque.
Je conseil d'éviter cet hôtel et prendre un hotel à Fès (20 min) et payer l'entrée a la piscine du Spa.

Tutto alla perfezione

Pensaba que la pescina del termal esta incluida en el precio,resulta que tenia que pagar 20 € para cada persona extra. Para 30 min de estancia y no podria entra al dia siguiente por que había que pagar de nuevo
