夏の信州ドライブ旅の宿としてもベストチョイス！
Pros:

スタッフは非常に丁寧でフレンドリー、部屋は質素かもしれませんが、非常に清潔、ゆったりとした作りで天井も高く、とても快適でした。
追加でお願いした夕食はとても美味しく、目でも楽しむことが出来ました。
また、一緒にいただいた日本酒、「栂の森 氷温熟成酒」は絶品でした。
また、英国スタイルの朝食を提供、建物の佇まいとも相性が良く、一日の活力を頂けました。

Pros:

Onsen and the beds are great. Breakfast in the morning is pretty decent too. Only western style so just be expecting that. Rooms are nicely done as well. The dinners at night are a definite to try at least once as well. We also enjoyed the fact the staff were more than willing to drop us off for dinner when going out and pick us up later that night.

Cons:

Bathroom in rooms are pretty tight just use the Onsen and toilets around the lodge. Make sure your rental car has decent winter tyres that driveway is not a joke when it snows decently.

Beautiful boutique accommodation with ample staff
Pros:

Loved the onsen each day to relax the muscles after a day on the slopes. Generous sized bedroom. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the cheap ski passes purchased at the accom each day, saving time in the morning.

Cons:

Very firm beds in more traditional Japanese style.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Momiji - everything was perfect and lived up to the reviews! Staff were very helpful, friendly and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!

Cons:

The bed could have been a bit comfier but understand it is Japanese futon style.

Great Skiing, Great food, and great hospitality.
Pros:

It was a very cozy quiet place. The private Onsens were very relaxing, a short walk to the ski area. The food was amazing!

Cons:

It’s a bit of a drive to Happo but not a big deal.

The perfect base for a relaxing, stress free snow trip to the Hakuba valley.
Pros:

From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.

We loved it all.
