Erwartung nicht erfüllt
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unglaublich nett, fröhlich und hilfsbereit.
Fussläufig ist die Stadt gut erreichbar.
Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Schwarze Haare lagen am Boden und unter dem Pult hatte es noch Abfall liegen. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, für ein vier Sterne Hotel nicht ganz so toll.
Von Schallisolation ( welche so vorgegeben wird) der Türe sowie aus den benachbarten Zimmern, keine Spur.
Jeden Morgen wurden wir von Gästen im Flur geweckt!
Die Sauberkeit am Boden und unter den Tischen und zwischen den Tischbeinen im Frühstücksraum lässt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig.
Punkt zehn Uhr wurden alle noch anwesenden Gäste aufgefordert den Raum zu verlassen, sie wollten pünktlich alles abräumen. Das ist sehr speziell.
Die Bar, die eigentlich gar keine richtige Bar ist, riecht nach dem hässlichen Plastikvorhang beim Ausgang.
Das Hotel hat noch etwas Luft nach oben um eine bessere Bewertung zu bekommen.

Excellent all round, highly recommended
Pros:

This hotel was very nice , very quiet and very clean and the rooms were a nice size , all the staff were so helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel

Pros:

L'emplacement au coeur de la ville. Le personnel hyper gentil, souriant, très agréable, toujours prêt à répondre à vos demandes et à vous conseiller. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec un très large choix varié. La Chambre est très grande.
