Very lovely and the staff were awesome.
Pros:

Location, room and beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I had a room that overlooked the plaza. Had laundry service.

No gathering area for guests outside of dining room.

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

We had to book late because we left our other hotel after finding bedbugs. We got to the Plaza Mayor and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Our rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and made us ready for a great day!

Cons:

That we didn’t just book here in the first place.
