Great place to quietly visit Hamburg
Pros:

Great stay in a nice place, the room was spacious, the beds were good (pillows could have been a bit more substantial) and the shower was clean and working great. Loved the shops across the street and the restaurant below (not owned by the hotel) is good! The ferry to Hamburg is about 5 minutes walk away and it takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center with lovely views of the harbour while you get there.

Cons:

There is no person at reception, I can understand, but a poster with how to check in (since the link in the mail didn't work) would have been helpful. The hotel is a little outdated, there are some touch-ups needed.

wir haben ein Zimmer mit einem Bett für zwei Personen gebucht. Im Zimmer stehen jedoch drei getrennte Betten, und das ist für uns sehr unangenehm, da wir zusammen

schlafen möchten.

Außerdem ist uns aufgefallen, dass das Glas für heißen Tee zerbrochen ist, was ebenfalls unangenehm war.

Auch die Bettwäsche und das Kissen sind nicht bequem. Das Kissen fühlt sich eher wie ein Sitzkissen an und ist zum Schlafen sehr unkomfortabel.
