The smell of cigarette smoke is everywhere in the building including the room.
Very good value for money, superb location and very helpful and nice owner. A very comfortable bed and very pleasant place to stay. Kitchen well equipped and everything in working order.
friendly and committed hostess
Very unprofessional owner of the guesthouse. We were in contact before renting the room and he agreed to let two 15yo girls live in the room for 2 weeks. At the beginning of our stay, we found that the two pots stove was failing when using two pots at the same time. I asked by email for it to be fixed and received very unpleasant emails about not being able to use the stove, becoming a danger to other residents, and a suggestion to change the accommodations. On the other hand, no comment on the repair of the stove (according to the owner, it is 2 years old so it cannot break down).
Despite the fact that the Guesthouse is located in the center of the city, immensely annoying were the mosquitoes. There is no air conditioning in the room, so it was necessary to open the windows during hot days. There are no mosquito nets in the windows, so in order to deal with mosquitoes it was necessary to purchase mosquito repellents for the contact at our own expense.
The last, least annoying with the previous two, but nevertheless a significant minus is the poorly cleaned bathroom (dirty shower).
