Magnifica struttura immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità della val d’Orcia. Il signore Michele della reception, una persona squisita e gentilissima, ci ha accolto con calore e ci ha fornito preziosi consigli riguardo i posti da visitare. We spent the week between Christmas and New Year here and had a wonderful stay. The property was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and genuinely comfortable. We were there during a colder spell, and the heating worked perfectly, making both the rooms and shared spaces feel very cosy.

The spaces are generous, the materials and equipment are clearly high quality, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It’s obvious that the people who built and run this place take great care in every detail, and they were always quick to respond to any requests during our stay.

The location is also excellent, just minutes from Montepulciano and an easy drive to beautiful villages, nature spots, and other Tuscan highlights.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per Capodanno ed è stata un’esperienza davvero eccellente.
Le strutture sono bellissime, moderne e tenute in modo impeccabile: tutto è nuovo, molto curato e pulitissimo. Le camere sono ampie, comode e perfette per una famiglia, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno in totale comfort.

Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente durante il check-in, ma sono stati molto pazienti, professionali e pronti ad aiutarci, risolvendo la situazione con grande cortesia. Al momento del check-in, inoltre, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili su cosa fare e visitare nella zona, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato.

La posizione è splendida: un luogo tranquillo, immerso nella bellezza del paesaggio, lontano dal caos ma comodissimo per raggiungere Montepulciano in pochi minuti. Proprio accanto all’hotel c’è anche un ristorante eccellente, che consigliamo vivamente: ottima qualità del cibo, prezzi corretti e atmosfera molto piacevole.

In generale, è stata una soggiorno perfetto, soprattutto per una vacanza in famiglia.
Strutture confortevoli, ambiente accogliente, personale attento e un contesto davvero speciale. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni.

Struttura bella, pulita, calda, con tutti i confort. Posizionata in una zona tranquilla a 5 minuti di auto da Montepulciano. Una bella scoperta da raccomandare ad amici e parenti.

Appartamento accogliente, grande, pulito, con attenzione ai dettagli dalle decorazioni natalizie alla cucina super accessoriata. Tutto ciò che rende il soggiorno piacevole c’é. Veramente top.

Nádherný objekt, který předčil naše očekávání. Parkování v podzemních garážích v objektu. K dispozici pračka a sušička. Krásné prostředí, vstřícný a milý personál. Útulný, čistý a prostorný apartmán. Když jsme dorazily, byla docela zima a v apartmánu bylo zatopeno, což byla nádhera. Byly jsme dvě noci, počasí moc nepřálo, tak jsme nemohly využít krásné terasy k posezení. Jinak pobyt nádherný, rádi se vrátíme. DOPORUČUJI.

Wspaniałe miejsce. Wszystkie budynki wykończone są w toskańskim stylu, bardzo zadbane. Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, w pełni wyposażone (m.in. wygodna dostawka dla małego dziecka na życzenie) - niczego nam nie brakowało. Do mieszkania przynależał ogródek, z którego warto skorzystać w sezonie, np. na wspólne śniadania. Obiekt posiada wygodny garaż podziemny. Oferuje także ładny basen, stół do tenisa stołowego czy piłkarzyki. Obok znajduje się bardzo dobrze oceniana restauracja. W pobliżu fajny teren spacerowy z ładnym widokiem na pola, pagórki, lasy (polecam szczególnie o wschodzie słońca). Do Montepulciano, w tym do najbliższego supermarketu Conad, jakieś 10 min jazdy autem. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz - kontaktowy, zainteresowany swoimi gośćmi (serdecznie pozdrawiamy!). Chętnie tu wrócimy.

Beautiful appartment and area, the location was fantastic as well. The host Michele provided exceptional and very friendly service and gave us great tips, helping us to make our stay unforgettable. Make sure to ask him what are the special places to visit!

Our apartment met our needs and the welcome touches; wine, coffee etc. were a pleasant surprise. Having a good restaurant on property was nice and very convenient after days of sightseeing and not having to drive.
Michele offered much helpful information and always so hospitable and pleasant!
