Fabulous hotel in a great place
Pros:

Great room, loads of space, lovely and warm! Easy to park, close to town and lots of options for breakfast. Dog friendly which was brilliant and much appreciated. Staff were lovely. Best night of our three night journey from the Uk to Spain.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all good.

Solo una persona parla un po’ italiano, poi il buffet non molto variegato, solo prosciutto cotto uova sode , uova strapazzate (fredde) , croissant e classica baghette. Il fatto che ti fanno pagare 12€ al giorno di parcheggio(bassissima stagione) poi quando vai via con l’auto e ritorni(dopo aver messo il segnale di occupato) il tuo posto è occupato! Ti fanno parcheggiare in modo che se le altre auto non stanno attente , te la danneggiano !

It was close to the Sanctuary, clean, helpful staff, especially Alina.

Cons:

It was situated at the top of a very steep hill. There was a lift to assist but this was closed in winter when we were there.
Also because there were so few guests there was no real warm breakfast, just pieces of bacon and sausage on individual plates to be put in a micro. Same for scrambled eggs. So while the breakfast was adequate it did not look appealing. A tip to management might be to state that winter time only cold cuts would be available and guests would be fore warned.

Cons:

El acceso en vehículo ya que hay obras de acceso a la zona y las indicaciones no lo facilitaban al no poder atender el personal en mi idioma.

Catastrophique, déplorable. Une épreuve.

Nous avons été traités comme des moins que rien une de nos chambres étaient infestée de punaises de lit. Nous avons dû quitter les lieux précipitamment le personne à notre demande nous a donné des poches poubelles où nous avons mis nos effets personnes. Nous avons traversé le hall sous les yeux médusés des passants et clients sans aucune aide. Le personnel présent est sorti fumer une cigarette et nous regardait charger nos poches poubelles. Aucune proposition d'aide rien. La fille a l'accueil nous a informée que ça faisait 3 mois qu'une des chambres était fermée pour cause de punaise de lit et qu'elle nous a quand même était louée . Inadmissible. Heureusement nous avions payé qu'une seule nuit. Catastrophique.j'ai encore mes affaires stockées dans mon jardin et mes valises dehors pour éviter de contaminer ma maison. J'ai eu des frais de lavage et de désinfection de mon véhicules des lessives en laveries. J'ai même jette des affaires qui ne pouvaient être lavées à haute température ou congelées.

Es un hotel que está bien cuando vas en plan espiritual, sencillo, limpio.
Pros:

El hotel está bien para dormir, es limpio aunque bastante básico. De todo modos, no me importo porque, mi viaje fue espiritual. Lourdes es un destino para el alma, me encanto conocerlo y volveré. Todo lo demás es accesorio.

Cons:

No tiene servicios, ni comida. Llegué tarde en diciembre y tal vez por ello, no había posibilidad de cenar, tampoco pude comprar una botella de agua.
