Je me suis trompé de bonne fois dans les dates de réservation. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir, et n'ont fait aucun geste commercial !
Aucun remboursement, même pas la moitié ...
Au téléphone le personnel a été très courtois, mais je suis bien conscient que c'est la direction qui décide
