Déçus dans l'ensemble pour un 4 étoiles

Petit déjeuner correct dans la diversité
Les 2 membres du personnel d'après-midi du 9/04 et 10/04 très accueillants, à l'écoute, bon professionnalisme qui présentent bien

Cons:

Signaler le lendemain de notre arrivée que la chambre n'a pas été faite, du personnel derrière la banque d'accueil avachis sur leurs chaises, le nez dans le portable si ce n'est pas nous qui les saluons aucune réaction, pas d'intérêt à demander si tout se passe bien...
Pas de climatisation ou système de ventilation, prêt d'un petit ventilateur dans une chambre étouffante (fenêtre et volets ouverts la nuit !)

Llegamos en un día de frío y lluvia, y fue una grata sorpresa llegar a la habitación y encontrárnosla bien calentita, todo perfectamente limpio y muy confortable. Nos encantó que tanto la habitación como las instalaciones estuvieran súper calentitas y confortables. Fue muy reconfortante. El baño de la habitación muy amplio y cómodo. Silencioso. Por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido y dormimos perfectamente..El personal del hotel, recepción, restaurante y el de limpieza, inmejorable con una atención estupenda. El desayuno muy bueno. Variado y rico. Ubicación perfecta para llegar enseguida al santuario, a la zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Fueron seis días estupendos, volveremos seguro. Una relación calidad-precio fantástica.

Cons:

Realmente y sinceramente, no tenemos nada que objetar. No tuvimos ninguna queja durante los seis días que estuvimos allí, al contrario, todo nos lo pusieron muy fácil.

Pros:

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, un petit déjeuner assez complet.
À moins de 10 minutes du sanctuaire sans marcher vite.

Cons:

La propreté des WC laissait à désirer à notre arrivée heureusement que nous voyageons avec des lingettes antibactériennes.

Je tiens à vous remercier sincèrement pour l'excellent accueil lors de mon séjour dans votre hôtel .tout était très bien : la propreté, le confort de la chambre ainsi que la qualité du service.
J'ai également. Apprécier la cuisine qui était excellente et variée. Le personnel à été particulièrement. Toujours disponible et agréable.
Je n’hésiterai pas à recommandé votre établissement et j’aurai grand plaisir à y revenir.

This is an excellent establishment. Modest yet clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the location is fantastic.

Cons:

We stayed during the tail end of the low season, and the hotel appeared severely understaffed. Our check-in was quite difficult; despite booking a few hours in advance, the staff claimed they hadn't had time to process it yet.

The situation escalated when the elevator to our wing broke—an issue that seems frequent according to other reviews. As I was traveling with my elderly, unwell father, the four flights of stairs were not an option. We had booked a mezzanine triple for the space, but the receptionist initially offered a standard triple as a replacement. It took a fair amount of persistence to secure two separate rooms instead. Given it was low season, availability wasn't the issue, but rather a lack of empowered decision-making at the front desk.

The hotel’s religious affiliation is clear, but the staff may benefit from more formal hospitality training to handle disruptions more effectively. That said, once we finally reached our rooms, they were lovely and perfectly suited to our needs.
