Vicino al centro ma deludente da tutti gli altri fattori
Pros:

Solo la vicinanza e la gentilezza dello staff

Cons:

Non c’è aria climatizzata , nemmeno un ventilatore , 40 gradi dentro le stanze , puzza di umidità dalla moquette , nessun sistema antincendio , pulizie in camera quasi asseti : svuotavano solo il cestino della spazzatura .

I loved the Christ Roi especially the Staff !!
Incredibly professional .
The hotel was spotlessly clean & the rooms exceptionally comfortable . The breakfast was basis but good quality & a great addition for my stay . In a great location with a lift down to the shops & very close to the grotto .

Pros:

-Available Parking Space
-For the staff available to us, Jovanna, helped us to a new room with AC. (However they were severely understaffed, so we didn’t get that experience our first day)

Cons:

-False advertising, does not meet the expectations of a 4 star hotel in several ways including amenities and room quality
-Breakfast was basic with lack of variability
-Lack of AC, ended up with a room that matched the temperature from outdoors (38C), where even after taking a cold shower, you begin to sweat a few seconds after walking out of the bathroom (we were given a fan that came from the managers office to deal with the temperature, which did not help the issue at all).

Comfortable bed

Cons:

No air conditioning, no English tv channels,no toiletries in bathroom., had to be changed 3 times before we expected the room. Won’t stay here again

La situation géographique et le confort de la literie

Cons:

Le manque d'équipement, pas de frigo, pas de climatiseur, pas de bouilloire électrique pour se faire un petit café, le manque d'éclairage dans la salle de bain (il n'y avait même pas de néon dans le boitier...) mais il est vrai que je n'ai pas relayé l'information.

buoma colazione con ottimo pane, marmellate e soprattutto yogurt, succhi e cereali etc
Uova, prosciutto, formaggio, Nutella, tostaane, buono pure il caffè
