Everything was not clean, car was toad away and all proper decals where present. what’s more I was parked in handicap and I have a handicap tag. Also your clerk gave me a parking slip to put in my window. To top the experience off I waited for and extended amount of time to get my car back which never happened. So to interupte others during their trip to go pick my car up hours later. my trip was severally delayed. Money and moments were lost. I got no help from the facility.
No hand towel in bathroom , no breakfast offered, no details how to contact staff as Noone at front desk. Cockroaches dead in hallway
It was in a okay direction.
One of staff at the was very rude. When we were telling them about the running & slamming door & throwing things. You can hear through the walls. I want a refund back.

I booked and got there and My teo bed was not available and still have not received a return

No towels in room or blanket on bed
The room had red paint splattered all over the bed, floor, night stand and outlet.
Room had no additional amenities. No soap, hand towels, no tiny coffee pot.
The microwave was on the computer desk, with no where to work from the room.
No associate at front desk before 9 am.
No answer on call to front desk.
we had to ask for my pillows , there was not enough blankets on the bed, people were knocking on our door and running all night. not the best part of town
