Bon séjour à Lourdes.
Déçue de l'hôtel 3 étoiles.
La chambre ne ressembler pas à celle réservée sur internet et niveau salle de bain pas au top.

Pros:

Éramos três adultas e ficamos uma noite. Hotel bem localizado, perto do Santuario de Lourdes. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente e o quarto possuía três camas, que pra mim é fundamental ter camas separadas. Com certeza voltarei a Lourdes e hospedarei lá novamente.

Après avoir discuté avec réception de L'hôtel il nous a offert les petits déjeuner très copieux
Le parking de l'hôtel est payant 12e/jour
Chambre petite et simple. TV fonctionne pas.
Literie très bonne.
Proximité avec la basilique au Top

La chambre était parfait, le petit déjeuner buffet était parfait sauf la wifi qui beugue mais sinon toutes a été parfait même l'équipe. La note est de 20/20...

Quando chegamos apresentei a minha reservacao e qual foi a minha surpresa quando me disseram que o valor nao incluia os pequenos almoços quando na reserva estave bem estipulado pequenos almoços incluídos. De mais a recepcionista do hotel disse que não percebia onde o site hotels.com foi encontrar estes valores. Mas mesmo assim não me fizeram pagar nada a mais, mas a situação foi aborrecida para mim. De resto estave tudo perfeito no hotel onde ficamos 5 estrelas em todos os aspectos, quarto, acesso , pequeno almoço e empregados.

Old property good for the pilgrims and tourists on budget. Excellent, all languages speaking, staff.
The best is the parking yard since parking in Lourdes is, well, Lourdes.
