Highly Questionable business tactics or lack of training
Pros:

Location was great for the event that I was attending.

Cons:

Cleanliness and attempts to over charge an electronic card for a room that had already been paid for. Long story short. My room was paid for through booking at 274.00 but the hotel attempted to charge the electronic card from booking.com multiple times with an amount exceeding 325 (according to booking.com). With this we had to pay out of pocket for the room because staff claimed the card received from booking.com didn’t work. And at the moment, I’m still trying to get a refund for the first amount.

1st room was dirty. Our feet stuck to the floor, food still in refrigerator, dead bug in cabinet, the only chair had the covering ripped off. 2nd room had a 6 in ring of hair stuck to shower curtain

Avoid at all costs ! Absolute dump !
Pros:

Absolutely disgusting property ! I have pictures of the room. We spent 3 months on a road trip and travelled up and down the east coast. This was the worst room I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the noxious odor of cigarettes that had engulfed the entire 3rd floor. We stayed for about 5 minutes before we left. Bookings.com would not refund our money. I will not use bookings again.

Wonderful
Pros:

In all honesty the staff is amazing if I good go beyond a 10 it would be 1000 they are very friendly each one of them and very respectful always with a smile

Cons:

Someone had the wrong room twice trying to get in the room at no fault of the staff but it was a little scary

Very clean and really great employees!

It was clean, bed was comfy and shower was good!

Cons:

Light in bathroom was extremely rusty and chair in living space was in horrible shape! Completely different from the rest of the room that was really nice!
