Dismal. I would have slept in my car before I stayed there.
Pros:

The front lobby was very clean and smelled fresh. This is why I got the room key and decided to stay.

Cons:

The actual room itself was dismal. The room reeked of weed. So much so that I walked in and out in the same breath. The “suite” was tiny even for a regular size room and the pleather chair in the corner was completely peeled to the lining. The hallways were dingy and smelled of old food. We did not stay and when asked for a refund the staff had so far refused.

Stay Somewhere Else
Pros:

This hotel is in terrible need of updating and repair. The furniture (couch, chair) in our room were dirty, cracked and peeling. Everything needed baseboards and trim , especially in the kitchen and bathroom to be replaced, recalled and painted. The info online says breakfast is included and all it was nothing but low quality plastic wrapped muffins and terrible coffee.
We didn't feel very safe, even though it wad located in a good area of town.

Honestly I only liked the staff

Cons:

The smell in the room was unbearable smelled moldy or basement like… there were stains on the walls. I still tipped because I know how hard it is to clean rooms. Cleaning in general is hard work but i stayed because of the location. I’m not the type to complain but that’s what I’ve experienced
