Agréable appartement, au calme. Il est particulièrement spacieux et lumineux , situé à 2 pas d'une grande surface et d'un arrêt pour les collectivo en direction de Playa del Carmen.

Problemlose Kommunikation und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen was man für den Alltag so benötigt.

el apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio, los utensilios de cocina en buen estado, nos dejaron café y aceite para cocinar, todo lo necesario para la estancia. La piscina está muy bien, es silencioso. Hay un supermercado grande a dos cuadras y también ahi tiene paradero el colectivo que te lleva a parque jaguar, etc

This was our second stay at Tulum Nah. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable with good amenities and convenient location close to a supermarket.

While Vanessa manages the property very efficiently and competently, not all staff are of the same calibre. We requested an apartment on the second floor well in advance and were told not to worry. Upon arrival we were given a dark unit on the ground floor with a view of the pool toilet. Received mosquito bites within minutes of arrival. We complained and were given a nicer unit on the third floor. However if this were not available, we would have been stuck on the dark ground floor.
My suggestion is to either deliver the promised unit, or do not commit to it in the first place. Also, the ground-level apartment is bad enough that I believe it should not be grouped along with all the others during booking, but advertised as such, and offered for less. It is not the same value as the others.

Our apartment was spacious and clean with coffee and sugar provided as a nice touch! Pool did not look very appealing but beaches are accessible by car through Jaguar park and many cenotes nearby.

Great location in town and bikable to beach and cenotes. A lot of apartment for the money. Quiet area. We stay 1-2 times per year.

Great spot and value. Perfect location, full kitchen, pool. Vanessa is very accommodating host. Especially
Like the little utility room where I can clean, organize, dry and store my cave diving gear.

Liked that the property was easy to find, large area so didn’t feel cramped at all. Was right in middle of going either downtown Main Street or going to beach. Vanessa was easy to talk with and great with directions. Only issues, I had was the gas detector ( Don’t put spray on in apartment! )

Great stay in the city of tulum. Groceries are nearby, you get a kitchen and still have the perks of room cleaning every other day or so. The kitchen don’t have much equipment but that is to be expected for the price range. We still managed to make food and save some money. Equipped with a fan and Ac. Overall a charming apartment

This is our 4th or 5th stay at Tulum Nah. We always feel comfortable and safe in our apartment. Every stay the concierge has been most attentive and helpful with any questions or needs. You are walking distance to Tulum Centro and all that has to offer, with restaurants, night life, tour operators and shopping. There is a tienda/shop just steps from Nah with drinks, snacks and other items. The garden and pool area are calm and quiet to enjoy for the day, or from you balcony chairs in the evening or with your morning coffee. We have seen tucans, kiskadees, mynah birds and orioles, to name few of the birds that visit in the trees here. Nah❤️❤️

it was close to everything and it had a private entrance

It was in a great location, close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, bike/atv/scooter rentals, etc... Vanessa, the host was great, always super helpful when needed. We arrived earlier than checkin, which she allowed us to check in early without any issue. The kitchen had the bare essentials (1 pot, 1 small frying pan, 1 medium frying pan, basic utensils, cups, plates, blender, toaster, etc (enough for 2 people) The additional room was a wash room to hand wash and hang dry if needed. The apartment had a balcony which overlooked the pool, which was really nice. In addition, I had more than enough space to work without feeling cramped.
