Mr. Pascal and the entire front desk staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable.

I arrived at midnight and two of the staff stayed late, waited until I arrived and helped carry my luggage to my room. Nothing was too much trouble.

Beware of overcharging extra nights !! Make sure you get a receipt upon checking out. I stayed at this hotel back in August for one night and they charged me for two nights. I tried going back and get a refund but the owner was awful and rude. The day I checked in I gave my credit card and was charged for the one night. however, I noticed my card transaction a charged on the 17, and two days later another charge on the 19 when I was already gone. don't trust these people.

The hotel was in the center of all the activities. Older but somewhat maintained. The reception was good. We were sold the breakfast for the next day. Let’s just say it was very sparse. Many tours were there, on eating cereal or croissants. They’re no forks on any tables, just spoons and knives. When we were checking out and I spoke about the breakfast, I was told you needed to ask the staff for something else. I didn’t understand why no one asked for anything different, only what was presented. What was presented was minimal.

j'ai passé un agréable séjour à Lourdes. Ma chambre était très agréable avec une belle vue sur le Gave et le personnel très attentif et serviable. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Arrivé fin de matinée, j'ai posé mes affaires dans la chambre et suis repartie et rentré tard .

Nice large room with nice view. No A/C. Very close to the sanctuary

Room overlooked the river, beds comfortable, balcony was nice. As others have pointed out in earlier reviews this is an average hotel, older. The man running the front desk was very helpful with information and had a very patient demeanor. If you are just looking for a place to crash this will be OK (the shower was the smallest shower I have ever encountered!) Location is fine for visiting the sanctuary.

La chambre n'était pas comme sur les photos...ça paraissait très lumineux et moderne or c'était vieux et pas très éclairé natuellement ... puis nous devions avoir une chambre parentale mais comme il n'y avait plus de place nous avons eu 2 chambres.
Petit déjeuné avec très peu de choix et pas du tout adapté pour des enfants et 10E même pour eux

hotel is okey but not very clean. The staff doesnt speak very good english.

Good position near the entrance of the Santuary, this is the only good think about this hotel.
Not very clean, rude waitress, terrible food, room small and very noisy.
We have stayed in Lourdes many others time, this was the first and last time at this hotel.
This hotel is rated 3 star but all of our group were saying the same think this is defenately maximum 2 star hotel.

I found this hotel to be Ok, - but even thats being very generous. The Hotel is an old building still stuck in the 1950's and although there are some good aspects. Notably some friendly members of staff this hotel isnt worth the money that we paid. There are many hotels in Lourdes for the same price, yet offer greater comfort.
