Prima verblijf voor 1-2 nachten, goede locatie voor stad/station.
Pros:

Heerlijk ontbijt, werd snel geserveerd! Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer met ruime badkamer. Goede douche.

Cons:

Het was erg warm, niet duidelijk of er airco was (er was een soort thermostaat die niet lager kon dan 18gr maar geen airco kunnen ontdekken). Raam openzetten niet fijn want geluiden van buiten.

Pros:

- personeel is aller-aardigst en behulpzaam
- ontbijt meer dan goed, zeker de koffie
- bedden zeer comfortabel
- koffie en thee faciliteiten zijn altijd fijn op de kamer
- perfecte ligging (station, parkeergarage, binnenstad), alles op loopafstand

Cons:

Er hing een penetrante rioollucht in de badkamer (ook gemeld tijdens ons verblijf maar hier werd niets mee gedaan). Deze vieze lucht kwam ook in de slaapkamer als we de deur niet dicht hielden. We werden er een beetje viezig van en hebben uit voorzorg ook niet gedoucht. Reactie van het hotel achteraf was dat dit buitenom hun directe invloed was. Dus geen enkele manier van compensatie, enkel eventuele korting/passende prijs als we weer zouden boeken!!!!

Wij zijn beide al op leeftijd en de kamer op de derde etage (nr.18) was een regelrechte ramp. Al die trappen lopen weerhield ons er echt van om even beneden gezellig een drankje te gaan drinken. Het staat inderdaad "onder de kleine lettertjes" maar ik denk echt dat jullie dit vooraf specifiek moeten vermelden. Ik had anders een ander hotel geboekt. Dit was echt niet te doen. We kregen als antwoord dat we de volgende keer naar een andere kamer moesten vragen maar daar hadden we dit verblijf niets aan.

Heel eerlijk vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van de kamer niet reëel. We hadden een Deluxe-tweepersoonskamer geboekt maar wij vonden er weinig Deluxe aan. De kamer was klein en zag er zeker niet uit zoals de foto’s ons doet geloven op de website. Jammer, maar we voelden ons enigszins belazerd.

Gostamos de tudo. Os funcionários sempre simpáticos e atenciosos, pequeno almoço bom e o quarto estava limpo e tinha facilidades.
