Clean, modern and convenient for a short stay. Coffee machine is a great extra touch.
Pros:

Much nicer than I anticipated. Very clean and modern. Friendly staff! Excellent extras like high end coffee machines in the lobby.

Cons:

Can be loud. The shower is loud and easy to hear from the main room.

Pros:

Staff was very helpful and attentive. Facilities and meeting area were very comfortable.

Cons:

Cleaning staff should check all clocks and turn off preset alarms. If a room has no one in it and the alarm goes off it will be going continuously and can be heard from adjacent rooms.

Business Travelers and all that want a good night sleep Listen Up
Pros:

Man Best Western has upped there A game with this line of VIB Branded Hotel. They will be taken Hilton, Marriot, and Hampton Inns head on with this business class style hotel. This is my second visit to this VIB in Springfield but this trip my oldest daughter came along for a college visit to Missouri State and she agreed it is awesome, rainfall shower with wand option, a cooked breakfast with eggs, sausage, and bread for toast or bagels to toast or French toast sticks with something I have never tried before whipping cream and it was great. The night before we went to a cold cold Missouri State football game and the Espresso / Hot Chocolate machine in the lobby that is available at all times, was used very much when we got back and the next morning by my daughter. The rooms have a Keurig with Starbucks coffee options for your anytime you want and the beds are very comfortable with different pillow styles from firm to soft. My daughter told me the computers in the lobby were gaming style PC but I have not used them.. yet. With a full time restaurant inside the hotel you can order and either eat in your room after a long day or eat right there at the Burger Bar for lunch or supper. This class of hotels would be prefect for airports where you come in the day before and could turn in your rental car that day and stay at the hotel that night and you would need nothing but a shuttle to the airport. There is some sketchy but supposed to be high end hotels in Springfield so you have to be careful what you pick, this Best Western VIB is not one of them. This is my #1 hotel in Springfield and when I come back through there it will be my first pick to look at before deciding where I stay. I highly recommend this Hotel, Best Western it is time to expand this line of hotels I hear you only have 5 in the world.
