room not clean and dirty, bathroom toilet smelly. staff not interested in helping my family. front desk not helpful. after staying in a hotel in Bangalore this hotel feels like a hostel very dark room.nearly had a fall. management not interested in changing room. just pay your room charge and go. very poor experience. sad.

Room construction was a bit noisy. Rooms also dated looking.

Sai towers is always our preferred hotel when ever we visit puttaparthi.
This hotel is very close to the ashram . Good staff members .
They maintain the rooms well and the food quality in their restaurant is also good
There are lot of shops near by and all the attractions to see are near by

As regular guests this is a great home from
home. It’s wonderfully located, well equipped (in fact gets better each time we stay) &
Most importantly very open to requests from guests. On all 3 of our last visits we’ve asked for special cakes which have been provided efficiently & beautifully. PS the restaurant is really good too!!

Sai Towers is second home for me. Been staying there for 7 years now. Srinivas and Bharati to manage the booking. The wonderful staff. The best restaurant in Puttaparthi. And the most attentive owners. Sai Towers has the most loyal repeat customers.
No other place in Puttaparthi comes even close

I-in fact was there with my wife- this is one of my repeat visits. We keep coming back mainly because of the amazingly good delectable food served in so clean and neat way. I have tasted the food at most places around and the Sai Towers Restaurant easily tops the list. The other advantage is undoubtedly the location being so very close to the Ashram. And last but not least the staff-so very friendly and courteous. Sau Towers-choice of stay by default

The restaurant is simply amazing...the cuisine..the service...the ambience....the food is delectable.....

We booked a taxi in advance and paid 4300 rupees for a newish and a suv car to go to the airport.
But when the taxi arrived it was very old and nearly broke down on the way to the airport it was only swamiji blessing that we got there.
The reception staff were not trustworthy. Please be aware if you book a taxi with them

Perfect venue for a spiritual kind of high quality stay. Right next to the Sri Sathya Sai Baba Ashram in Puttaparthi. Very local and walking distance to all amenities one requires when visiting the area. The staff are truly very knowledgeable & helpful.

Horrible 2 star hotel
This must be the worst hotel in Puttaparthi.
The front desk staff are arrogant especially the elderly looking guy who is very rude. He needs to realise that we are the paying customers and he is not doing us a favour.
On the day we checked in at 6 pm we were given a room which was not made up and we had to wait outside the room for it to be made ready. Housekeeping guys are always waiting for tips after they have cleaned your room or if they bring you something to your room.
The rooms are still dirty and dusty while the toilet and bathroom smells of sewage.
On a couple of occasions we rang the front desk to send housekeeping as we had run out of shampoo but they just ignored our call. After requesting the housekeeping 3rd time after about an hour the front office told us that he was on his dinner break and will send him up when he is back. This is not acceptable as he could have told us on the first call and who goes for dinner for an hour when they are supposed to be on duty. This is what you get from the front office staff. Pure ignorance and never willing to apologise for their short comings.
There are many other hotels in the area. We will never stay here again. This hotel is old from inside and staff are not helpful. The worst thing is you are not respected as a customer and I don’t appreciate such manners especially when they are not providing their services for free.

Sai Towers is an excellent choice in case you are visiting Puttaparthi. It's very close to the Ashram, has a separate parking space, where their driver parks your car and gets it whenver you want. Service is also very good and the attached restaurant provides excellent food.

Sai Towers was an excellent choice for my stay🙏🏼the hotel was in great condition. Professional processes followed. The room was comfortable & had everything I required. Very spiritual surroundings exactly what I was looking 🙏🏼the staff was amazing & helpful a special mention to strinvasu. Always pleasant to deal with and professional . He always checked if everything was ok with my stay and if I requested anything he would ensure it was done. That’s awesome service he is an asset to the Sai Towers Hotel . He has been there for years & has never failed to provide great service 🙏🏼Thk u Strinivasu🙏🏼your kindness was appreciated 🙏🏼Laxmi & his team of cleaners were also wonderful when checking the room was properly cleaned everyday 🙏🏼. I would definitely return to Sai Towers due to the amazing experience 🙏🏼thank you all unto make an awesome team . Om Sai Ram

Worth for the price

The rooms are clean and service is very good. Reception guys are very helpful. Room service is very good and they served cofee at 3 am in the morning. Very close to the Ashram gate. Restaurant is also fine. They arranged the taxi for railway station very fast.

Stay booked and paid for well in advance, with a request for an excutive room. On arrival we were dumped into a so called excutive room. Staff do not care as it is paid for. On a previous visit Barthi mentioned if we were not happy then we can seek other accomodation. Will not stay there again.
