Pros:

Very nice place to stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many scenic spots nearby, including night market, Lampang Museum.

Cons:

Clean comfortable and spacious room
Pros:

Great big space in the room and big comfortable bed. In a good location, walking distance to museum, restaurants, street art etc. Free water and coffee in reception. Great value for money. Lampang is a nice city to spend a few days in, less touristy and plenty to do

Cons:

Not so much a negative but just be prepared the staff don't tend to speak much English but Google translate helped us with what we needed

Pros:

Good location.
The bed is comfy.

Cons:

The staff at the reception are kind but barly speak English. Only one of them understands a bit but even she understand evrything slowly. Using Google translate might help, but it really slows our communication. Renting a car with the help of the staff took 2 hours because of many double-checking between the staff, the car rental, and us.
Asking for the hairdryer was also not easy, they need Google translate for that basic tool.

You cannot pay by debit or credit card here. The bank account number does not work for Western cards and the staff cannot help since they are not good in English. It would be good to put some English translation at the reception.

It would be good to put a common microvawe in the lobby next to the coffee machine. In that case the guest can use it after buying some food at the market.

Next time I will go to another place.

Comfortable overnight stay.
Pros:

The bed was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well. The bed was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Check in and out was easy.

Cons:

Tight entry to hotel for my car. It was a little isolated from the city centre and without google maps would have been a little difficult to find.

Very lovely experience with polite and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The little balcony gave a good view of the city. We had a little fridge to keep water cool and any food in. The staff were very helpful and despite the language barrier went above and beyond to help with booking excursions and giving recommendations.
