I asked the guy to cancel he said he would. Now still fighting to get my money back

Ideal for the money, cannot complain. Guy who owns and runs the place is as tidy as they come

The manager of the hotel was lovely

Room was way too small for a family of 4.
No storage at all for clothes.
Beds creaky/mattresses ok
Tv couldn’t be used
Carpet stinking dirty and not laid properly.
The noise from other guests was unbearable, there were signs up everywhere saying respect other guests but when I complained we were told there was nothing he could do.
Considering this is the “family room” it would not be safe to use the kettle as any young kids could easily access it.
Needs a big referb or at the very least a good scrub.

Perfection at its best for budget
Pros:

Wes the landlord one of the nicest guys your meet will help you with anything you need amazing with the kids and so respectful I never leave a review but it was so amazing I need to I highly recommend to any one with kids to stay here Wes your a legend and it was a pleasure spending my time in your hotel wish you all the best

Great location owner really friendly there were hairdryers/irons/ironing board plenty tea coffee etc I've been to a few hotels in Blackpool since last year this is the best one yet 😀
