Great easy no fuse place .near were you need to be .
Pros:

Hi the hotel .under new manigment.great man .go out is way to help .no fuse .doing a lot off work on the rooms .i am sure in time it be great ..place to stay .i will be going back .And tell my friends and family .And great price .for the night..easy to tower end .not far from train stacion.in blackpool ..

Hotel needs deep clean and decoration and new carpets as the filthy conditions were not nice

Dirty/unclean… we have come home covered in bed bug bites …. Noisy all night from drinkers … toilet and shower too far from our room …

"It wasn’t a good choice to choose this hotel. First of all, they gave us the wrong keys. When we tried to enter, a person came out of the room and looked angry because we had disturbed them. We looked for a member of staff, but he had disappeared. We then rang the contact number; the person on the phone said he would come in 10 minutes, but it took 30 minutes for him to arrive—we had to wait the whole time on the stairs.

The rooms are too small, the beds are uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were dirty. There was no soap or hand wash in the toilet. The attached toilet didn’t even have a door—only a curtain. When we asked for an extra pillow and towel, the staff member refused to give them to us. There was also a bad smell of alcohol and weed . We hear the sound of throwing the glass bottles and swearing on each other from outside. And fighting inside the hotel. Wine glances were outside of the room on the radiator with leftover drink

Our kids were really upset and wanted to leave, but we made lots of promises to persuade them to stay. This stay completely ruined our trip."

Ok for one night and local to everything
Pros:

Great location, and Wez the manager was a great help

Cons:

No towels in room, couldn’t close the window, shower very small, no mirror just a small circle one hung on back of the door

Great for a cheap family break
Pros:

The owner wesley extremely friendly and explained the rules clearly
The bar has pooltable games machines ps and will and karaoke 🎤
The disco light was a big hit with my autistic son
Despite the usual blackpool drama outside the hotel is changing its image and the guy seems to be on it 👍

Cons:

Booking.com changed the room to a bunk bed which was not ideal for my disabled son or I but we made it work
