Good little place.
Pros:

Loved how friendly the owner was, we didn't mind the small wait to check in at all as we understand we can all be busy at times and thought it was very kind that he offered to help bring our bags up as we were on the top floor.

The room was a good size with a really nice view of Blackpool tower although my photo doesn't do it justice.
There was free tea or coffee available and had it's own private bathroom, everything was clean and tidy ready for our arrival and the bed was a good cozy spot for us to crash at the end of the day.

Overall we had an amazing stay and hope others give it a chance.

Worst experience of our lifes
Pros:

Well when we arrived we got put in the wishing well hotel NOT THE DRIFTWOOD HOTEL
2nd of all we was put on the 4 floor with an elderly lady having to climb 34 stairs and was told by the landlord that we will get moved to another room the next day (didn't happen)
Then we was in our room there was NO HEATING THE RADIATOR DIDN'T WORK, THE HOT TAB IN BATHROOM SINK DIDNT WORK, THE ROOM AS A MESSY ON ARRIVAL. GOT DOGS ABUSES FROM ROOM 1 FROM 2 OF THE MEN. THEN WE HAD PIGEONS TRYING TO GET IN ROOM.

Cons:

PUT ON 4TH FLOOR WITH A ELDERLY LADY
HAVING TO CLIMB 34 STAIRS EVERYDAY
NO HEATING
NO HOT WATER
SOMEONE HAD BEEN SICK ALL OVER THE FLOOR AT SIDE OF BIG BED.
MESS ALL OVER THE FLOOR.
PIGEONS TRYING TO GET IN ROOM
THE LAMP KEPT FLICKERING ON AND OFF.
