Staff cordiale, colazione adeguata.

Cons:

Il bagno aveva lo scarico che perdeva, facendo rumore durante la notte.

Siamo stati benissimo e ci ritorneremo
Pros:

Camera molto grande, i ragazzi avevano una parte di stanza a loro riservata che era molto spaziosa.
Tutto in ordine e perfettamente pulito.
Ottima la colazione al mattino

Insgesamt gesehen, waren wir alle zufrieden und die Klimaanlage erholsam.
Pros:

Man konnte selber nehmen vom Frühstück.
In zehn Gehminuten konnte man bereits öffentlich fahren.
Ganz in der Nähe, konnte man selber einkaufen.
Sie boten tägliche Reinigung an, die wir nicht beanspruchten.

Cons:

Viel Süßes beim Frühstück und sie sprachen nur italienisch.
Wenn man sich noch etwas nahm, wurde auf die Finger geschaut.
Das ältere Personal blickte nicht immer so freundlich.
Anfangs wurden wir nur angeschaut, als wir uns nicht auskannten, dass wir sie um Tee etc. bitten sollten.

Come sentirsi a casa
Pros:

Ogni anno torniamo in questo hotel in occasione del Perdono di Assisi ed è sempre una garanzia. L'accoglienza è calorosa, gli ambienti sono curati e ci sentiamo sempre come a casa.
La colazione è davvero eccellente: cornetti enormi e buonissimi, e una torta della nonna semplicemente squisita.
Quest'anno abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente: il condizionatore della camera soffiava aria calda. Abbiamo segnalato subito il problema e il personale è intervenuto con grande disponibilità, assegnandoci una camera di categoria superiore. Un gesto molto apprezzato che conferma la professionalità e l'attenzione verso gli ospiti.

Tento hotel splnil všetko čo sme očakávali a aj naviac radi sa vrátime

Boli sme 4 sestry.Mali sme dve izby vedľa seba,naozaj útulné a čisté, rańajky boli chutne, personal veľmi milí, nerozpravali anglicky, ale v dnešnej dobe s prekladačom v telefone žiadny problém.Lokalita bola skvela.Boli sme tri noci a navštivili sme Assisi,Casciu,Roccpanorenu,Loreto a Santa Mariu di Angeli okolie.Bol to dobrý vychadzajuci bod pre naše výlety.Bar vždy k dispozícii a supermarket oproti hotelu.

Delightful hosts in a near perfect hotel in a quiet town. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Cool room in the heatwave. Enormous bathroom. Incredibly quiet location with handy supermarket across the road. Clean towels - those lovely cotton sheet ones that you rarely get. Absolutely delightful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Great breakfast. Highly recommended.

Cons:

In the heatwave of 35+ degrees, the walk to town was a bit tough for us - we are well in our sixties. And 'town' was really very close! It probably says more about us than the hotel.
