They are committing total fraud. Their policies on the web are different regarding property payment, and then, a day or two after adding the card, they try to charge the full amount. If the charge fails, the booking is canceled. Booking.com's portal knows this is happening, yet they are sitting blind to it. It's fraud

Highly recommend this venue and we will be back!
Pros:

The team at Foresters have to be amongst the best in the world. Both before and after our stay, the communications were top notch, and they went the extra mile for us. The pub itself had excellent food, drinks, atmosphere and staff while the accommodations were cozy, comfy, well-appointed, clean and warm. The room was incredibly quiet given it was directly above the front entrance and outdoor seating area of the pub. We left some items in the room when we left, and the team were very accommodating at forwarding them back to me on the other side of the world!

Cons:

Not a single thing! Absolutely fantastic stay!

Great location in terms of the town - but not so comfortable and noisy with traffic and people.
Cons:

Rooms were cold on arrival. The images are deceptive, the pub is on 2 busy roads and we found it noisy.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff. It is in a location convenient for me.

Cons:

No parking. You need to park in local Bennet St car park and be away by 9am the next morning to avoid a fine.

Nice room and pub for ideal stopover in Hampton Wick
Pros:

Location was ideal for my work trip and staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. Simple easy checkout.
Close to the park to get out quickly for a walk or jog before heading out for the day.

Poor response to email queries prior to stay
Single glazed sash windows a bit draughty and poor at keeping noise from pub downstairs out
Quiets down at 11pm though so not too much of a problem

Amazing place with fantastic staff
Pros:

The rooms were lovely, clean and perfect for a weekend trip. The staff were fantastic and were especially caring towards allergies and intolerances at the pub downstairs. The food was fantastic as well!! It’s really close to the train station and only a few stops away from Twickenham. Would 100% recommend and stay again.
