They didn't attend to us for more than 45mins they told us we were not booked there even though we showed them our confirmation they kept on changing us places to try up and down we were not happy we were treated as criminals

The manager went out of his way to help us after being let down by another hotel. Nice and comfy very quite and no rush to leave at 10

It was good to stay here

Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel.The manager is racist

honestly nothing to like very bad hotel

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. Check-in was delayed and we were asked to wait outside. The room was not properly clean, facilities were poor, and overall the service was unprofessional. It did not match the expectations shown online.
