I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody it was cold no hot water to get washed my room was cold and shabby

The room was not cleaned at all from previous guest, the man then begrudgingly offered us another room, that was just the same, not touched from previous guest. The man was not apologetic at all, I would have been ashamed to give a guest a key to rooms like that. We were asked to come back in an hour so we went to eat. No sooner had we sat down, he phoned to demand where we were as our room was ready and he had somewhere else to be. He had the nerve to say I was rude. Needless to say I have never had such a horrible experience and treated so badly.

Fine for the price
Pros:

Cheap, close proximity to the beach and where I needed to be. Free on street parking outside the hotel subject to availability. Room and bathroom were clean and tidy.

Cons:

I had issues on arrival with checking in; the electric doorbell doesn't work and they don't answer the phone number provided, so I almost gave up and went elsewhere. You have to knock on the door with the knocker firmly, and then someone came to the door to let me in. The woman at reception that let me in was friendly enough, but there was a lot of shouting going on between her and her partner in the back room which was pretty uncomfortable.

The area also doesn't feel the safest, with lots of characters floating about on the street

Got there no one there a family drove up they bin waiting 2 hours were finding some were else we did to phone property no answer cost us an extra 176 for some were else don't do it

As soon as we arrived could not get into the place whan he answered the door he came out in. Is boxer shorts he was so horrible starting calling me a nob head the hotel was vary dirty and the smell as well a would recommend no one should stay there a would rate it as 1

Shocking place horrible customer service avoid at all cost

Everything arrived at the property to check in at 16:15 note on door to call for entry called number multiple times and left voicemail by 18:30 still no callback and had to find alternative place to stay 2 other guests where also at the property having the same issue
