For £20 a night for a private bathroom where can you go wrong. It was clean enough and the bed was comfortable enough. The hotel is on a side street but not too far off the Promenade only a few minutes walk to the prom. Takes you about 15 to 20 minutes to walk to the tower. I would say it is about half way between the south and central pier so pretty good for walking in either direction (pleasure beach or tower/town). Friendly staff.
Nothing to like
How dirty was how was one bathroom all share shower was so small couldn't move,bed was broken as well and they just put bord under the the bed. Room was so small for double. I'll not go again. The photos are nothing like the place.
The room was very clean.
Tea n coffee making facilities provided.
Quiet location.
Hot shower.
Owner was welcoming.
The building's a bit old but the price certainly made up for any imperfections.
