Owner was very friendly and helpful great hotel I stay here on a weekly basis for work
Got exactly what we expected. A slight mix up with the booking originally, but with clear communications with Jay this was quickly rectified and a good will gesture offered. Jay was polite and welcoming from the start. A comfy bed in a quiet b&b.

Owner was rough to say the least he turned away 2 lots of guests after making them wait over an hour then while street is avoidable loud music owners out on the street till stupid hours full of chavs on motor bikes avoid Lonsdale street like the plague

Had me and my granddaughter waiting outside for 2 hours+ another 2 couples my daughter tried over 100 times texting phoning and no reply he was in the pub cos Blackpool were playing he denied it of course but this information came from one of the guests that was with him I finally had to pay for a taxi to the station+train fare home I would advise people not to use this hotel the pics are so misleading the rooms etc doesn't look like the pics
The mansger was really friendly, spoke to my kids in a polite manner and was very informative.
