Suggestion to renovate or change/update the bed frames and furnitures to make it cleaner and comfortable

Hotel en délabrement nous avons tout eu
la chambre était sale et puante, les toilettes bouchées, une salle de bain de 2 m2, pas de fenêtre, une literie déplorable, toute la nuit des chiens ont aboyé, à minuit un intrus a tapé à notre porte, les draps étaient tachés, pour le prix il y a bien mieux à Coron. Bref nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement

We usually stay here. They have a menu and a coffee shop. The rooms sometimes are a little rough and need some touch up paint. The place is quiet and staff are friendly. Breakfast is 180 pesos.

The property is not well maintained and i requested a two double beds and we git two single beds.

There was no staff to help with luggage when I checked in, the wifi did not have a strong signal and the room was not very clean.

Stay here!! The on-site coffee shop has a great lunch and dinner menu. The room is excellent and the front desk service is VIP! Good parking out front. Very close to McDo and decent location to the pier. Manager Jetgvis very friendly.

The staff are super attentive and courteous.

As always, we had a lovely stay. And one thing I've noticed is that the property has improved. :) Thank you sir Jet and the SJ mansion staff. Will be having another staycation soon.

I loved everything, the building is accessible to town and most of the places you need to be at, the staff are friendly even the owner of the hotel is such a nice guy, the rooms are just the right size but is guaranteed to be comfortable.

This Hotel is not the one you offer at the pictures!

The room and the toilet are small. They only clean the room every other day. It would be better if they will clean it everyday. The staff are not so accommodating.

The staff are very very nice and helpful, however the room does not correspond to the advertisement since it is smaller than what the photo makes it look. Also it feels claustrophobic since there is no window. As per the bathroom, be prepared to shower next to the toilet bowl (no separation) and the water gets clogged very easily. It’s nasty in that respect however the water pressure is strong and the hot water heater works well. The bed mattress has definitely seen better years since it is squished but the beddings are clean. If staying here, definitely go for a bigger room if you are used to a western standard.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, this new small hotel is ideal base for visiting the area, recommended!
